Actually, you tend to make the people involved look like saints for putting up with you for as long as they did. You advertise their trivial "crimes" and by implication trivialize their more serious ones. You do great harm to your cause. I didn't bother reading the rest of your post. You are one of those people who needs to be kept in line by the public. So of course you will protest here. And trust me lots of people are laughing at HS, Polix, and especially DSB right now. You guys are just making more problems for yourselves in the long run. This has nothing to do with me. If people sympathize with me is irrelevant. If I get banned or stay banned longer, irrelevant. Time doesn't matter to a troll. I can accomplish goals now or in five years. But my goals will be completed. As long as the actions of Ent and Mom are well known, that's all that matters. Putting up with me, is something staff should be doing. That is what they are there for. If you don't like your player demographic. You need to quit. Understand that staff positions are specifically for dealing with people and communicating. Not being anti social ban happy idiots. TLDR version I leave you with my two posts on DSB forums. You belong to the community when you have any sort of powers. Not the community belonging to you. Get that through your heads. P.S there are plenty of zone owners, tm_master, the_snake, and so on, who gladly "put up" with me as you call it. And I could even have staff positions in their zones if I wanted. tm_master even gave me a ban free the very next day he found out I was net-banned. There goes your theory. P.P.S Dre quit DSB, and called them a mockery for their fail league, fail staff, and fail attitude.

The list is of notorious users who've left a "vibrant" footprint on the forums, if you will, so it's hard to forget them. Most of 'em were banned for constant and continuous spamming, disrupting, evading, harassing, blatant rule-breaking, drama-queening, and being illiterate among other things. In addition, their behaviour was often if not always linked to how they acted in-game, to their adverse relations with other players, and to silly commotions that happened, causing them to use the forums to vent out their personal issues and rage. At first, there was a lot of leniency towards these players, but it simply became too much and none of them would learn, so they were all axed off the forums. I wouldn't really group you with them, but maybe you are focusing a little too much on complaining about DSB and your bans, when it's not appropriate or even relevant to the topic at hand. While sure, you could read most posts as deviating away from the primary topic and thus see it as hijacking, but the difference is that you're radically shifting the topic in mid-sentence to portray yourself as a victim, a tactic rootbear75 loved to use and abuse so much that it became intolerable. It's not so much that I mind, but why? why should those on this forum care about other people's bans or grudges? Take up the issue with those involved in a private conversation, rather than trail it around in every single post. Or just step up and take action. Oh no another brit telling me what to do. I thought I was done after Hoch. I make it public. To make the people involved look bad. Their crimes should be transparent, not hidden and buried. This way they think twice before they abuse again. This benefits everyone in the end because while they are here to provide a fun atmosphere, and get rid of trouble makers, WE the public, are here to make sure they don't get out of line either. It's a nice "circle of life" or symbiosis, if you want to relate it to that, and I approve of it. And remember I don't even break rules. I was netbanned for talking. And banned from dsb for two months for the same reason. I don't see anywhere in any rule book on ssforums, any zone forums, or inside any zone. That claims drama is against the rules. Drama makes talking on this game fun, and provides something interesting everyday. So why you would even mention drama as if it's a bad thing Hakaku is beyond me. Rules are here to protect everyone. If someone starts banning and netbanning just because they don't like you. Fine it's me now. But one day someone might not like Hakaku, and ban him, and so on. Since everyones personal preferences are different, it doesn't just mean SS council or zone owners will only dislike me. They very well could dislike someone else and the same thing will happen. I have already seen it happen in DSB. Dark Chemist banned for 1 year because Beer Hunter disliked him. He did break a rule however, he made fun of Beer Hunter in private messages. (Priv is not moderated by the way) So Beer called it harassment. However a Ban for harassment first time offense, is 2 weeks. Second time add another two weeks. And so on. One year is obviously personal. Subterfuge, banned people he didn't like either. If people in charge can't follow their own rules and exceptions are made. One day you will be the next exception. That's not right. Follow the rules. If one doesn't exist, then make one, and don't be retroactive.

lol. make a new group. allow them access to only post in one single specific topic. then send them an email letting them know they have access to only post in 1 thread. just to see what happens. Most of those people on that list might have broken real rules, Like mage+ I know has. However if they were just banned for posting, then it's kind of lame. I mean especially since I know this forum has a feature to limit posts, or even the mods could approve or decline peoples posts. I never broke any in game rules. You were obviously saying you expect people to have some further ability. I suggested what some of those might be. Like personal popularity. If the owner is popular, then the chances they will make MG a success is greater. If the owner can hire staff, and have lots of staff, that might also follow with having a plan. And so on. I mean what other plans are there? If you know ASSS and Linux, and played MG before, then you obviously know what an MG zone needs, and can provide it as far as Bots, events, graphics go. Especially since all those files already exist somewhere.. "To put it short, if I'm going to host MG again" Um... "You're free to prove yourself to SSCouncil etc for billing or another host; I have no squabbles what-so-ever."

Why would someone need to prove anything to you? Unless this type of proof is something you require for hosting every zone. However I highly doubt you have the time to go through that much trouble for each zone, before you host them. And ask for references, and 30 pages documents, and peoples friends lists, to prove they have connections now. You want someone to basically have the 150 population zone, before it's even hosted online. That's ridiculous. If you don't do this for every zone you agree to host, then don't do it for MG simple. If someone wants to host MG. It is after all a NEW MG. It doesn't need to live up to shit in the past or have 100 people. Having one person do all the work is not unrealistic. I could do it. I have 18 hours free a day. I know Linux. I actually play Subspace, instead of spec. And it's pretty easy to recruit for a zone. There is not many people who would decline responsibility and powers in a zone, if you are cool, and treat them nicely, and represent their ideas well.

I don't know locking threads, and leaving comments after. Can you do anything without personal resentment? Just lock and move on if it was even really necessary. Splitting topics then making threats? Either do what you want to do, or stop making threats. If its a warning you were making, it's really vague. You can view any post you want to as hijacking someones thread. So basically it's a preliminary for when you ban me, so you don't look so bad. Thats all it is. You want to ban me and you will, you just prefer setting up the circumstances. Rather than doing it for a lame reason and looking like a fool again. I don't even know what that means. As if I purposefully try to derail topics now? You think to highly of me if that's the case. I didn't hijack anything. I posted on topic. They asked who will lead Metal gear, and I replied I can. If someone talks to me about other things. I will reply. Well since it was so bad to say I will tracert people. Enough to get 1 month network ban and 2 month ban from DSB. I am saying it consistently to all involved basically until the end of the time. My theory is if it's really bad, they will keep banning me. Polix has yet to increase my network ban or ban me on ssforums however. Even though I may still tracert him. The zone won't get very far. No advertising other zones. LOL. I guess some people are afraid their zone will lose all it's players because other zones are so amazing. You should do what DSB did, and make a Hyperspace specific client. Which only displays hyperspace in the zone list. Then it would make sense to ban someone who tells Hyperspace players to come to trench wars. Because you would have perfect monopoly on the players in your zone. They wouldn't know trench wars even exists. But right now I am sure everyone knows how to use the zone list. You should go further and ban everyone for even looking at another zone. Do you monitor PM's for advertising? Squad chats? I think I will visit hyperspace soon. I doubt none of those rules apply to Private messages for example. Actually this is similar to what I told Ent and Beer Hunter once. Instead of policing the zone for stupid shit. Maybe they could spend that time making a map, coding, improving. Uh huh. Lots of trolling in those dev chats. I play the game more than they do combined. To start. And I how do you know if and what I dev? I can show you. But you don't care. Lol I'm sure. I do a lot to deserve a ban everyday. That's why people ban me 1 year later. Because that day I did something wrong. They didn't feel up to it. No this is for all the "wrong" things I did the whole year.. lool Damn you guys must be Santa Claus at least wait for Christmas?
