Set default forum skin for everyone. Should find bugs faster this way, and will allow me to not have to set any links to '/c/' only to have to fix all of them later.

In order to allow the website to function more like a website, I went out to find a skin that fit our needs. I lack the time to really go through the efforts it can take to create a good solid custom skin. Older versions of IPB were simpler and took less time, but the current versions really take a good chunk of time to do everything properly. The skin is called "Gravity Blue" and is now selectable for preview as work is done to fix any bugs in the skin, and add links to the content. When the skin launches, you will also notice a change in the default url of the site. Instead of just http://www.subspace.co/ you will be pointed at http://www.subspace.co/index . This is due to me changing the way IP.Content and the forums function. Having http://www.subspace.co/c/news/ compared to http://www.subspace.co/news/ seems a bit odd. Being all the content generated directly by the forum software is outside of the /c/ folder, it also makes it seem just that much more half-assed imo. You won't have to type anything beyond the normal http://www.subspace.co/ or update your bookmarks, as the forum will automatically redirect you to this new url. This is all just a step in the direction of finally having more content finished on this site, and a new admin team who has the time to devote to it. Will keep you all updated.

Reminds me more of those videos of COD players showing off than some montage or anything really. Especially since I don't notice any video of you actually dying. Wish I still had the video I made years ago for christmas to show. I grabbed a lot of good action from various zones.

Actually, besides Dav, there are no other admins anymore (besides Brain, Hallu, and Hakaku to take care of their zone forums). Removed everyone else / Samapico stepped down to Super Mod. So in reality, would be an admin position.

Also, the downloads section. I need an Admin who is willing to spend the time to manage it, upload some of the old files, and really get it going. I need someone who is seriously available to do this this time. I have been let down far too many times on this. Honestly it isn't that hard, just time consuming. Lemme know if interested.

Some people have asked me what the progress has been on this. I have recoded the backend of the old network page to work for the new page, but haven't had time yet to add the functionality to the new page. Have been working on my daughter's future room and working 6 10s, so haven't had a lot of computer time the past few days. It is still on my agenda and I do little tid bits when I can. Hopefully will have it all done soon enough, it is my #1 goal with the site atm. 1 thing I could use help on, is some zone descriptions. Preferably written by the zone staff themselves. No more than say 2 or 3 paragraphs. I have TW already, but could use others. Will post an example tomorrow if anyone needs it. Thanks.

This has happened quite a few times lately, and I just had to essentially deny another ticket because of it. Many many names that name traders create, have legitimate e-mails. Why? So they don't lose them. Sadly this is where they are smarter than you average player. If you take a name from another player, or trade for a name and they lostpassword the name, we are unable to help you. Legitimately, their Registration info will match the name, and they can say it was stolen, etc. Then by filling out a ticket for us to retrieve it for them, they can technically retrieve the name. It is impossible for us to know the thousands of names people use, and who they belong to. All we can go on is last login information and registration data (along with 1 or 2 reliable alias dbs). It is important that you do not trade for names, or take names from another player. You might find yourself screwed over in the end.

As for SSDL, dunno. They were suppose to be, but the person who was going to do it went MIA. Haven't had time/found anyone else to do it yet. What is the file extension you are trying to use?
