As Corey said, we have enough staff right now. There's pretty much always a (jr/s)mod online. Plus, if we were planning to hire you we wouldn't say so on the forums anyway

I don't think Snrrrubs oracle is actually up. That or I'm just bad at using it. I've tried messing around with it (for fun, not to cheat, mind you - yes, I actually think watching decrypted packages fly back and forth through a program console is fun) for a while now and I never actually got something back.

Don't really like any of the three suggested names Anyways, good work on this. Although Java has its issues with security, I'm sure you'll be able to figure something out.

Oh, so all your lagouts are fake? It's just you speccing to hop? I guess we really should get that anti-hop rule goin' then.

Which has nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that I don't know whether the OWNER of the SERVER minds if I DOUBLE the amount of used bandwidth, no matter how little that is in the first place. Plus, I don't think you have dial-up but you lag out often enough.

Even then, I'm quite sure my Dutch spelling (and possibly French and German too, depending on whether or not someone's had classes in those languages) beats that of most people here. And I'm not saying you're all dumb because of that either.

Judging intelligence by knowledge of the English language is something only a really dumb person would do. Also, how dumb do you have to be to constantly use "your" instead of "you're" and such? You still do that quite often.

I'm not entirely sure if whoever provides the zone's server would appreciate a significant increase in bandwidth.

Wonder why this is happening.

Should've showed 'who voted' in the poll. Odds are cheese is the only guy who voted for, well, cheese.
-
Option request: Neither They both try too hard. They'll be stuck in an infinite trolling loop. Edit: Didn't notice I typo'd 'too hard'. That explains Cheese!'s retarded comment.

Every 10 centiseconds, guy. That's sendposdelay.
-
Holy thread necromancy.
-
No go, really. I use position packets sent by the client, and add a weapon to them. The delay between those packets is, by default, 100 milliseconds. This delay varies a bit as ships send far more packets when they thrust, rotate or fire weapons themselves (although position packets with weapons attached aren't used by extraweapon). This works fine for bombs and specials like repels/bursts (doesn't really matter if those fire right after one another or after a small delay), but for really rapid fire guns it doesn't work too well. A shredder-like delay is the best I can do.
-
Extraweapon always mirrors the ship 'using it'. And technically, it's the user firing the bullets himself, extraweapon is needed to make things look right for the user.
