Hourly average: guys log on for 2v2, hear pk isn't on, log off. 40 is quite plausible. Either way, ask anyone who was there, there were more than enough people for a good 2v2 tournament.
-
I see my claim of 'delusional' is also correct. You're right that you don't go out of your way to annoy people, you being yourself (ignorant while thinking you know better) is annoying enough.
-
Fine, 45-50 might have been overly optimistic, but 40 isn't much of a stretch.
-
Still applies. You being yourself equals See. No clairvoyance required.

He didn't threaten to ban you. He just said that if you tried your little "How can I be as much of a pain in the ass of people who are trying to make a fun game for other people to play" game in Hyperspace, he wouldn't hesitate to ban you. Can't blame him, really. Those 30 steps of stairs you fell down do show. So trolls are people who enjoy themselves from time to time? Give me some of whatever you're smoking. Edit: Judging from your posts you're just hopelessly delusional. Troll god? All you do most of the day is make a fool of yourself by posting things about paying programmers by the pages

Sorry, but you seem, to me, to be making things up as an excuse for you not showing. Or did you have timezones mixed up? At the time the event was supposed to start there were at least 45-50 players in the zone. But if you don't want to host, I'm sure someone else is willing to.

Erm, your definition of a troll seems to be off. A troll tries to get some sort of emotional response from people he's "trolling". Your definition of troll seems to be more like "Someone who doesn't care about what others want". Here's something interesting for you to read: troll @ wiki Hyperspace is Dr Brain's zone. That means that he chooses what happens. Hyperspace is not a democracy. Players are allowed to have fun in it thanks to what's been built there, but they don't really have a say in what's changed, added.. and what isn't (unless whoever is developing chooses to). That has nothing to do with trolling. And really, when was the last time that Dr Brain did something that was the opposite of what players in the zone wanted? Edit: Lol, reading your post you really don't understand how Hyperspace is organized. It's not "if you don't like the players gtfo the game", it's "the players should gtfo if they don't like the game made for them". And banning players = harming your zone? What? Generally players are banned because they're harming the zone, not the other way around. Were you dropped on your head as a child? Edit 2: Also, Cheese's idiocy has never been so easy to point out:

There's not a whole lot to gain by fixing those things. The reason I 'fixed' PD was that it would fire at dead players' locations over alive players, which is pretty bad. It also tried to shoot at people through walls when there were players a little further away from it that could actually be hit. Those minor quirks with Coffin Maker don't really change gameplay that much. Edit: Also, to Unix: Don't know where you've got your numbers from, but you clearly haven't tried some of the items you're trying to call underpowered there. Unimatrix Shield is closer to overpowered than underpowered by far. It beats Solid Nutronium at both l1 bullet armor and bomb armor, and is decent against bursts. It can also be used on basically any ship you want it on whereas Solid Nutronium isn't. The drawbacks of -1 energy and -1 recharge are also particularly minor on those small ships. Semiwarp isn't underpowered, it's just a niche item. It's a centering item for terriers/weasels which also have the option to go for Nuclear Booster, which is basically an 'easier way to go really fast'. Avidyne and Impulse will likely get a small boost sometime soon. You're comparing usage rates of a Signature, niche emitter (Oracle) to Field Generator? What? How can you even compare the two, never mind comparing the usage rates. I'm pretty sure Power Strip is used more than System Optimizer as well. Nadion and Polaric are just new and underrated. I've been used Polaric for a while now on my warbird and if you know how to dodge the occasional Falcon Missile, it's pretty good. The only thing I would consider reducing on it is the burst damage. Nadion has already received a pretty significant buff a while ago. +4 bulletdamageup and +7 explodepixels really isn't a major drawback compared to the +1 energy it offers over ESPER.

To summarize: Player Killer didn't bother to actually go into the zone at the time the event was supposed to be hosted, and simply looked at the zone list and somehow managed to get a number far lower than the actual number of players. Dunno how that happened. Solution: Host the 2v2 and actually show up this time instead of being lazy.

This one is abstract, meaning it is even more useless than the basing top10.

It's easy enough to slip past someone "guarding" S&S, honestly. You can only 'guard' one side (top or bottom) at a time. Not to mention the fact that you need someone remotely competent to guard S&S, which then means that your team is down 1 team member compared to the opponent.

I didn't even know there was going to be a new 2v2 league. I figured it was cancelled or something.
-
Everyone knows that sublights are compared by adding up the figures. Lulz.
-
Explain please.
-
Errr.. Avast is calling Dr Brain a troll? What the hell?
-
It makes you trade 2 recharge for 1 thrust compared to what item?
-
Also known as Sleipnir Drive?
-
You can also just ignore the useless item suggestions by kevinz.
