I knowledge you post polix, and i'm quite relived that you answered a lot of question, even some that weren't asked. Let me ask yo something off topic (we all seem to be very good at it right now ) What exactly is keeping SSC together? What (or if it's a who) exactly still gives them authority? And are they productive enough, and beneficial to be a driven force in this community? (so i need to tie this back to topic or risk being spam ) So polix, SSC needs to approve the idea in order for it to be used? What are the cons of having this proxy? Have you ever discussed this with GS? Regards.

Oh I completely understand the concept on a zone getting SSC, but that isn't what my post was focusing on. I'm focused on the truth.(Well that's a side issue really) There seems to be an issue when adding a host to ssc, and that it takes forever, and the excuse comes out that it takes moving the world to get a hold of priitk. So what better way then to offer alternatives to adding credible hosts. So, setting the zone access aside, (and since we have hit proof of concept) will this feature ever be adopted, so that hosts no longer need to wait on priitk?

Well since prof of concept has already been achieved, and a fixed is possible for the "not ssc" tag, then what "road blocks" (and that's to be used loosely) are there to make this... an implemented feature? (his edit came as i was trying this post) Well that sounds easy to get around also. You stick this on trusted hosts, and perhaps GS keep a closer look on those SSC slots that are available? Since this has already been done, you can't hold an agreement that they shouldn't ... when it could already be in use and we don't know about it.

( ) (Now in the back of my head i'm sure this has been thought of, and discussed somewhere, but perhaps for recapping purposes ) We can already have continuum connect to a zone via proxy configurations. If GS can add slots on the ssc biller, and the only issue is getting passed the firewall, would it not be sensible to create a proxy program that sits on an approved SSC host? Not a biller to biller connection (some one has mentioned that, don't ask why) but a new smart proxy program. Please excuse my ignorance, but it sounds like it would be simple to get around an IP block. When running this in my head, all you really are doing is having the ssc biller think all these zones are coming from 1 IP address. Please (even if you plan to shoot this down) i would appreciate great details on comments/replies. Thank you.

There is actually a larger story as to why he left again. But should be left as people didn't get along, and so differences were not worked out, and now people refuse to work with one another. So don't just blame him, there is a lot more going on that involved a few people.

Will Windows 7 really be the successor this time for Win XP? We have and many failures (Win ME, Win 2000, Vista) and with Mac capitalizing on their mistakes with their approach with devices with "simplicity", good looks, and 1 OS (M$ has like what.. 3-6 versions of program suit) which seems the be what people want these days. Does M$ need to overhaul the windows series to keep up with what people want these days?

If you are going to lead this project I suggest taking more of a role in what you want and expect. There is no direction that I can see to even base a script off. What do you want the series (if there is going to be one) to be about? Is there a war? Is there peace? Is there exploration? Is there a crisis? Either provide the basic structure or get some to, then build from that. Then at that point, you might get some people to help provide ideas and a story, that the rest could fall in place.

Not to be insensitive, but as much as the back end stuff is great, there needs to be a good front end also. Its like saying having a great grill, and not knowing how to make a burger. What good are you to feed your customers, and make them want to come back. I don't play TW,(and just to play devils advocate) but you can only justify the back end stuff, when your front end has had the attention it needed first.

There seems to be a lot of word throwing around. What I believe is a definition of a religion is a well established organization. Well in put with rules and guide lines that benefit the body of the religion. It is true that a lot of religions share same values, but it is the 'practice' that gives religion. Yes there are those that classify as 'non practicing' catholic for example, but they have put belief, into the practice. To say that atheist is a religion (to me) you need to prove it has a culture behind it, and not just say they have shared morals and vales. Because religion has cultural structure. You really can't say the same about atheism.

What was more annoying then all the MJ's fackbook statuses, is all the annoying facebook invites you get. Come on, the gay guy settled out of court when he was first accused of touching some kid. In the middle here. TT has the right to reject your request. And your arrogance of "i will succeed no matter what you do" isn't appreciated or help your case. I would also reject you based on a bad first impression. You want people to work with you, act accordingly. Making things public on this forum to gain public support in this case is a fail. We all know TT can be stubborn, this won't make change Last, the site is back up. Nothing he can do now to stop you form just d/ling the content off SSDL and do what you wanted to do. I understand that before you couldn't, but your can't jump down on TT for doing what he wants with content he collected over the years.

Umm... no. This doesn't have the fix to it. DCME says .14 but the bug is still there.
