Would you consider cracking/keygening the program?

Just by going from what you said, Team0-X=### Team0-Y=### Should be the spot you would like them to appear on. and Team0-Radius=### Is how far from that spot they will spawn. So if you make the Radius smaller, the closer they will be to the center of that spot.

Leave the splash screen. It serves the programmers right to let their name be known. It only loads for a second. But maybe invest in a new easy/cooler one. Sketter

u mean even the issues i was having is fixed? (map objects were not showing up in the map objects tab) also i was thinking......since u r working on dcme one last time, would it be possible to add the feature i asked long ago about when you are trying to open something and in that open window, when you click on a .lvl it also gives u a preview of the map. This would be useful when u r looking for a lost map and so on.

im glad something is coming out of this...... me thinks... r u saying making a new map editor for mapping, with lvz editing? or new program for .lvz? imo - to have one program that can do both and work with one another like how DCME somewhat does now would be epicness. Sketter

You must have no idea how much value there is if DCME lvz functions worked 100%. You would simplify probably one of the most tedious part of the word of lvz. It should be a mission I'll paypal you $10 if you can get it done Sketter

Maybe it is just me...but....I'm having am few issues with the .lvz. 1. i can't seem to delete objects/images i have placed on the map. (delete key doesn't work, nor does trying to use the erase feature) 2. in the lvz manager, under Map Objects....I am able to add objects and edit their properties...and so on. Once i hit ok....then go back to Map Objects, in the Current Map Objects, the list is empty (other then the main name of the .lvz) Is the lvz manager still incomplete? Also DCME will crash if you do not define a image to a Map Object property and try to hit ok. Still love DCME... Sketter

It will only work with small asteroids. Even the Space status messes up. I'm guess it has an issue cause they can't tile over it self. Sketter

If you try to use the wormholes with Ellipse or bucket, it will not work. I was trying to use it with ellipse when i noticed this. Sketter Ps. u still working on this?

BlueGoku, I respect that. And in a way i do feel the forums will and can be productive. But I feel there is further more that can be done to connect the disconnection, and create more of a union, then a "your in that group, I'm in this group." I totally understand what your saying Blue, but I'm wondering if you or ace is understanding what I'm saying. I'm not saying you shouldn't have a private section. I'm saying this can go to a different higher level. By having the forums is a great step to get all of us talking. That's great. The next step would be involving the public. And i think that is where our views strongly differ, because perhaps we see the forums being used differently. You see it as a run of the mill sysop forum priv chat, uped a notch to included zone sysops, server admins, and what not. I see it as the potential to be that, and a bit more. I think progress should be open and viewed. A very good example is the "Cross Zone Events" thread, should be shared. You posted here on these forums, but focus was dreadful, but now you have some. No, not all topics need to be seen by everyone, but that is for the more restricted area. I think the forums is great, but i think there is a way to make it a bit better, so everyone, in every aspect of the game, can contribute. These forums are hosted on SSC's website, it is now directly affiliated with this game as a hole, and should represent so. As to compete with ssforums..... shouldn't be seen like that, but from my standpoint...you officially have two official forums representing SSC and this game..when it should be 1. The other(s) should be a fan site/forums. By deciding to to do this on on another forum, in a way, makes things messy. BTW I think what your initial thoughts of the forums have now become something else. And i believe the intent is right, but the wording your using is off, and therefor making others feel your selection has become favor picking. Sketter I love you to ADT!
