Well, I know I can track that on SSO/SSF, so I'm sure GetContinuum can see it saying they use atleast 1 of cpanel's included stats programs.

The man who committed the crime was killed, and sadly his death picture is all over the internet. I say sadly because it means someone didn't follow the rules, and some kids shouldn't see it. But for a lot of people, its kind of a feel of closure in a sick sad way. Today was the motorocade to the memorial. At 1pm on base, all the cranes in the yard sounded their whistles for a moment of silence. This hits home cause I have a few friends who are cops, including my best friend's dad and step mom. Something is up with your browser font. I tried FF, IE, and Chrome and all the fonts are the same. On top of that all your other fonts on SSF look smaller than normal in that screen.

Ok... Here is what I am trying to say now that I'm having a less hectic day. The Source Engine is released to developers in a SDK by Valve. People have used this engine to make multiple 2d games, and a few semi-3d top down shooters, and top down style games. Also just some low end 3d games that aren't much. The engine has all the basics already built into it for building a client for SubSpace. Protocol, Network, etc. I have heard that there are some games that have used the SDK but can be run outside of steam. Trackmania I could never find if it used the Source engine. Guess I should re-download steam and look into it all more again. But was just stating that maybe someone who had tried creating a game before (few have came and talked to me recently) mind find it very easy to code SubSpace into a steam enviroment. Just something worth thinking about.

TrackMania I could never find if it was really coded using Valve's SDK or if it just used Steam as a launching platform. I meant that when I said using Steam's Engine, sorry.

I also now feel using the Steam Engine may, just may be a good way to go. I have seen quite a few decent 2d and low end 3d games made using it and they work excellent. You don't have to be Steam Only to use it either I have been told. This I may look into more. It has all the hard work pre-coded... so dunno might give someone some motivation.

I just don't get why you didn't just download all the files pertanent and useful to the game 1 by 1. This was all I never understood... or even just download everything 1 by 1, rather than risk bombarding a server like what happened here. Personally I don't think its worth quiting over, maybe just rethinking future actions.

Decided to do another biller message since was a prac night for quite a few squads. Will probably wait to do another til Saturday. But I think if we keep spreadin the word, this may make steam notice us. I have 0 reply from them yet.

The issue wasn't the bandwidth imho, it was the load on the server. I was freakin out thinkin it was SSF again and spent almost 3.5-4hrs combing through everything trying to figure out wth was up cause other websites we're up. We had never takin the server to an almost stand still like this, but we we're using all its resources before thanks to some script issues and bots. But seriously. I don't see why it had to be done?

A few years ago, they actually purged a lot of the twister bans. If you look at net-bans #1 - #1180 you'll notice a lot of them are missing. Might only be a total of 300ish net-bans left.
