But there is a new central billing site in the works, as Ghost is REALLY pushing on priit to get scores connection for me for a scores page. Me & MTN decided a central site would be good again, so it will be a subdomain on the new sso. Larry is working on a design, and it will have news, information, faqs, staff, scores, and links to the BanG Dispute and Name/Squad forms. BanG.SSCentral.com will be moved to this new site, and if BlueGoku is down, we will also setup a new form. Mackieman has been removed from power last I heard, and neither Mom or myself have access to his script to help out. So not knowing if players will get help (dunno blue's activity level right now, though he says he checks it a lot), I just have them e-mail me or contact me in game. I get about 20-30 pms/messages daily, and handle em all on the spot. I'm on a lot, and know most the SSC zone sysops, and a good amount of zone staff throughout the game. So I think that kinda helps, as it gives them someone they know to point a player to. Anyways. Site should be up soon, as it'll only take a matter of a few hrs to throw a static website like that together.

I've been bugged for... a long time now to restart The Abyss. Altec and me did it once, but just didn't have things setup/the draw we needed. Well, a lot of players are zoneless now, or zone hopping again, so figured it was a good time to do it. To most players its new, to the vets, its old, and to others, they never heard of it but we're here during 2000-2002. The Abyss is Turf Flagging, Powerballing, Bounty Rabbit, and Chaos (open dueling). The settings are heavily mixed of DSB, TW, and EG. Bullets and Bombs are deadly, so you make your weapon of choice, and there is a great stronghold at the fr, but it does have its weaknesses if a team can setup right. 2 Simple goal structures left and right make for some fun balling for players (in time will setup a powerball side game again), and of course everyone loves chasing the bounty rabbit and pwning the poor newb who some how killed the last one. But just figured I'd throw it out there to all the old ex players (quite a few out there) that I put the zone back up.

I sent you an e-mail to send on to the council Hoch. But pretty much, I have 0 access to this form, and I get about 80% of the name requests between myself and mom. As I said in such E-mail, BlueGoku posted in HZ he was quiting SS, so I dunno his stance with billing, and as far as I know he and Mackie we're the only 2 with access to the form. Mackie is no longer an op, and I dunno his status. So really, sending em to the form unless I know they'll get helped, isn't an option for me.

I agree. I forget where I once read it, but it was in the high 60s percent of computer users, that only use a computer to check e-mail and browse the web. They rarely, if ever, play game, and barely use any apps beyond Internet Explorer or Firefox (depending on OS). So really, Google is aimed at a HUGE percentage of the computer base when you get into it. And toss in the fact, 100% of computer users browse the web, they're aimed at everyone. I think it is worth a try on their part.

I'm always signed on msn, 24/7. Just I work during the week and been busy on the weekends lately. But I do get on SS quite a bit to check messages and take care of name issues. Just hit me up and I'll reply when I get to it. I get up ~8 (PST) on the weekends. Check e-mail and ims ~9ish and then go do stuff. So just leave me an IM and be on.

Currently my PC time is going towards SSO development (which is going pretty good if I must say so), and another small project has come my way. It will play a large role in this game, and will be a pretty big central place for players. More info in time, but anyone got a bit to design a basic static website? The government barely monitors its own employees on the internet. It also barely monitors its own employees in a lot of secure areas. In the short time I've worked for them on a naval base, I have really begun to believe a lot of the "security" measures they tell us they take are just bs or for show. Also how many times one of the nuclear sub bases has failed security checks, yeah... With how little effort they put towards monitoring us (though we're "more trustworthy") I just don't see them putting so many measures in out in public. Though looking at the stuff countries like Iran and North Korea have done to their people, or even some african nations, i'd say they're closer to big brother than we will ever be in our own lifetimes.

Watch football sometime... There is life beyond video games and movies.
