Hello I got so very many replies when I asked if you wanted 2 or 3 rounds of league. So I made it 3. This gives us 15 weeks of spaceship action. And after that we'll have fairly traditional playoffs. Although we'll split it 4/2 and run best of 3 every game in the PRO part and up to a best of 7 in the AML part, I'll let the captains decide on that. Sunday, August 12th 3pm: StarFire Elite vs. Assassins FTNGuyen vs. Llamas 4pm: Thor vs. Rebels ---------------------- Roster lock will be before the last full round. Rosters will however be locked on Sundays so you can't just sneak people in to play a specific game. Why not let everyone play you say? To at least go down with style, instead of a league that makes no sense.

Looks like we'll have 6 squads since Assassins joined last night. Although one of the squads, Llamas, showed zero players. Would you rather play two or three full fixed schedule rounds? Then we will have epic playoffs. I'll schedule the first actual games for this Sunday around Saturday. It's safe to assume your game is at 3pm or 4pm though

4v4 rosters have been unlocked for editing. Using last season's data / season ID so we can run a few pre-season rounds if (when) required. And A1 was updated, and the spam when you enter the arena (was removed). People seem awfully sleepy, call your SSing pals around the olympics and remind them about spaceships

Perhaps. A longer off-season would also suck though... we can do that if we actually have squads to start things off with on whatever date, though.

It's time. I was originally toying with the idea of having an open ladder like league, cheating the bots a bit. This structure, however, has very poor support for playoffs, which still seem to be the only "real games" for people. With that said, Season 32 will be attempted as a regular fixed schedule league. Hmm. The first two games were played on the third. The squads wanted to finish it tomorrow, now on the 10th. Nguyens agreed to PP the original game away from memorial day so sins would actually field a team, this time it was more of a case of sins agreeing to postpone because some of our folk wouldn't make it.

UPDATE The series is 1-1 in a dramatic fail-sub fashion. It will not end today, but rather in one week, on the 17th.

It's going to be Assassins vs. FTNguyen in the best of three finals. The squads wanted to postpone over memorial day weekend, which I allowed. The finals start on the 3rd of June at 3pm. We'll play at least two games that day.

So both Semi-Final match-ups are into the third match. MiS no-showed at 3pm, FTNguyen mystically no-showed at 4pm. Series is 1-1 and will conclude on the 20th. Assassins and Rebels showed up to both matches, which finished 12-7 Ass and 8-7 Rebels. Random lagouts burning people played a big part in both games, let's hope connections are better next Sunday.
