A good base: Generally the same size as the others, meaning the time it takes to get to flagroom should be relative to the rest of the bases. Propper bomblines, the bombline should only be accessable at one, fieldable spot. The whole base should not be bombline after bombline. Bullet tunnels, if the tunnel is narrow and long it should have what I call "bullet collecters", this is just notches in the walls so half the bullets come back towards you. Wide tunnels, nobody likes to be cramped in HS, too many bullets/burst/shrap. Tunnels should be anywhere from 7x7-12x12 tiles wide/tall. Strategy, keep gameplay in mind when designing your base, think about actually playing on it, and what spots could be abused. That's the jist of it, I thought I would have more emails by now.
