Hey Bak, do you plan on bringing back some of the old VIE scripts?
-
Fraps doesn't seem to work for Continuum. I think Fraps only picks up OpenGL and D3D material. Then again, I'm quite sure that about a year ago it was working. I don't know why it is functionless now..

A match, A special straw that purifies water as you drink water through it, A piece of flint that has a small cylinder of rubber - keychain thing (my dad has one of these), And a waterproof watch.

Oh how cool! I think the lighht on it is a little bit to bright, but that's just I! EDIT :: The light is a little too bright (it makes it look cartoony), The light is probably a white colored light with a few tints of yellow in it (it doesn't look like the original Subspace ships.bm2 has any yellow tinting in the light), And overall it looks just a bit cartoony (it isn't as realistic as the original ships.bm2). Just my thoughts. ^_^ Heh, maybe someone will have to make a roll script for 3DSM/Blender.

http://www.fieldandstream.com/fieldstream/...1225788,00.html Location: Anywhere really. Perhaps the tropical coastline of an undiscovered and unhabitted Ecuador. Camp: Probably on the beach right where the tropical forest or palm trees border with the jungle.

Contact the webhost or owner of the domain name. If they have their owndomain.com, go to godaddy.com and see if owndomain.com is available to rent. It shouldn't be, but that's ok! Find something on the results page about looking at the domain name's ownership details or something. You'll have to enter in some randomly generated string of numbers and letters to have Godaddy present you will full contact details about the domain name's owner. Chances are that the domain name isn't a private or protected domain name, so you should be able to do this.

Then don't post in this thread. By the way, this thread is in a Forum Category called "Spamstation Central," which in other words could stand for "Stupid-pointless-annoying-messages-station Central." It is a forum category dedicated to threads just like this!

You could atleast elaborately explain and describe the when, the where, and the how to the "more smooth and less buggy." If by "less buggy" you refer to that SSME problem of yours, then... *someone else can fill in this blank*
-
Maybe the Export to SSME function needs recoding. X_x

Crucial does not own this stick of RAM. Next on the list: Corsair I can't do that. If I have the stick installed, then.. Just can't do it.
-
Absolute maximum is 1024, hands down. You can't override this. Despite what you have in your CFG, you cannot go over 1024.

Level 15 Apprentice Mapper lol.

http://www.google.com/ has the answers to all your problems, my friend. Lorem Ipsum is a rather famous piece of writing, if I recall correctly. Italian is it? A lot of website designers use parts of this piece as filltext in the design (to show something better than a "" indication. It also looks pretty good with the design, as if it were in our language and fully understandable). http://www.lipsum.com/

How true that essay is... Word for word. This is possibly quite why some of the older non-SVS (styled too, I should add) are dying or have lower populations than before. First zone that comes to my mind is SSC* Dragonball Z. There were and still are so many changes. I liked it better back in around 2000 to 2002 (maybe 2001 instead of 2002 even). Many players will agree. Pros got newbed by bombs, they complained and got their wish. No wonder. And you know what too? Some people just won't listen to this. They disagree and stick to their opinion all the way, but this isn't about winning someone over - its about whether they realize how the logic in all this works! SSC Dragonball Z used to be great, but now it sucks. I'll admit it: I am a high sysop of SSC Dragonball Z, and even admit that its current conditions suck. I don't care if I get fired over this piece of text, because either way that'll just prove something that they would regret. Non-SSC zones give up way too early. I made an oath to myself to keep Jackpot SVS alive as long as Continuum is around (atleast I'll try). There probably won't be too many changes going with the zone. I've already restored so much of the old Jackpot Zone properties (while a few left over to do or mimic). The other thing is about ASSS. Is it even convenient or right to switch over to ASSS? Remember the phrase "use the right tool/language for the right job." When it comes to C++ vs Java, which one is better? Neither, because it depends what you're wanting to do in the first place (mostly). I think that the mainstream zones are successful because these "anti-SVS" players have nothing better to do. They want to play modern. Infact, do they really want to play Continuum? Somehow it doesn't add up. They get bored of it after a while. There's always someone to be owned by in SVS. If you were to take the entire current population of active Subspace players and replace their computers with brand new $3000 computers and high speed internet, do you think they would continue playing Continuum or move on? I'll be honest myself. If I still had high speed internet / never moved to a place that has no internet or dialup, I would probably be in some 3D Gaming community. But who knows, I've always looked to Subspace and its community for much of my background buildup.
-
DCME needs RPG mods where you need virtual cash to buy tiles and draw on the map.
-
Since I'm on dialup, there's nothing better to do any more.
-
The problem is, SVS doesn't interest players these days. There is Trench Wars, Extreme Games, and Death Star Battle, (is Metal Gear valid? I always thought it was made after Metal Gear Solid) but players either don't like them because they're "slow paced" or that they suck or whatever. I don't know all the reasons, but I know definately that many people look down at SVS (mainly because its slow paced and icky). I love SVS. I used to hate it, but after forcing myself to play a bit more with it, I can see why its so fun. EDIT :: Arg, printer isn't hooked up. I guess I'll have to read it sometime later.

What happens when you reach level 10 in post count?
L.C. replied to jacob hunter!'s topic in General Discussion
Nothing. Level 10 is just a rank based on how many posts you have. It means absolutely nothing. -
I was told to use a program called ASTRA32. It's a pretty good program, I could say myself. However, I can't really launch anything in Windows XP (and as soon as Windows XP starts loading my startup*, the whole thing crashes and reboots). *There's like a 30 to 60 second delay of absolute CPU ideless. Like half of my startup programs launch at first or something, then 30 to 60+ seconds later the other half starts up. Why? By attempting to launch and program, I get the blue screen of death and a reboot very quickly. I've been terribly unsuccessful in finding out the brand in the hardware of this RAM. Unless there was a software that could be launched through a bootup CD (like memtest), that might be possible. Anything within Windows XP is out of my reach.
-
Ok. I tried my very first slot on the motherboard and tested the RAM through Memtest. The stick of RAM has atleast and over 22,000 errors. That's amazing. :\ What did USPS do? Run it through a magnetic device before shipping it? ;o Ok - so tomarrow I'll continue my quest and responding to these cross-forum threads in finding out who made this stick.
-
$2 Paypal? How about it?

Heatspreader was clean. If your friend put the heatspreader on, he forgot to take off the paper over the thermal compound that says "please tear it, before using." Then again it has a tear, so he followed instructions. X-P Memtest found over 120 errors before it even got to 7% of testing it altogether. Windows XP doesn't function much with faulty part of the RAM either, since this is really one of those most basic and simplest things. I read somewhere (not sure where) that you have to have the largest stick of RAM in a specific slot. Can anybody point something out on this? You see I have 3 slots, the first and last slot initialized for dual channel, while the middle slot is just a normal slot. I had the 1GB stick in the very center, and my other two PC3200s on the dual channel slots.

But what if we include ISG on the websites of our non-SSC zones and one of those 88x31 advertisements banners somewhere near the top or sidebars of the pages? I'm quite willing to listen to your favors too. I haven't given up on my zone, and I won't ever until Continuum dies. At the moment school is taking a hard turn. It'll only be a few more months until I'm absolutely free again. Still have my zone's website (http://www.jackpotsvs.com/test) and forums (http://www.hlrse.net/Qwerty/mytemplates/jsvs-wip6-f.gif) to finish up.
