He probably use Adobe Illustrator or something.

That is very nice Swift Warrior!

(Note: I changed password before posting this.) Password for L.C. included characters #[}_'1-+)<` [/] (yes, even a space character), so I can confirm that at least those characters work.

Wow, not bad. Keep it up!

UNNGHHH YEAH! ER- no, um, no. Never argue with a group of newbies. That's rule number one.

maybe because I'm hanging out with the wrong programmers; it's simple and easy to them, but I won't ask them because it would be selfish (what's in it for them, who's it about, why do it, etc).

I like to sort my list by (#5) Frequency. Why? Probably because it has something to do with the way my mind thinks. I like to have things organized by teams, because after all, that is what I am against. It shows points too, which is useful for buying (if the zone allows it). As far as the where and the how, I don't know. Some games have the player box (or "scoreboard") show up in the middle of the screen when you press and hold a button (disappears when you let go); these take up a significant amount of space on the screen and are directly in the way of the playing field (or the crosshairs). I like it when the scoreboard is off to the side / in a corner somewhere, and I like it when games give me a separate hot key to toggle the scoreboard/player list on and off. I like to different sorts/information better than others (this opinion differs from player to player though), but I don't like having to cycle through the entire different ways the game can sort (to get to my favorite sort) when I turn off the player box in Continuum.

First question: the poll. Sort by: Do not show player box. It will only show if you press Page Up/Down, and disappear after a couple seconds. When it does show, it sorts like #2 and shows only Player names. Player name (alphabetically). The game splits this into two groups: the current frequency you are on versus all frequencies except for the one you are currently on. It will show everyone on your frequency in alphabetical listing, and then followed by everyone else in alphabetical listing; basically two alphabetized lists Same as previous (#2), but shows points of each player Points (greatest to least) Frequency (yours first, then everyone else' frequency from 0 to 99; not sure how it handles private frequencies Same as #2 and #3, but additionally shows Squad, Wins, Loses, Ratio, and Average Same as #5 but ONLY shows Frequency, Points (the sum of), Wins (the sum of), Loses (the sum of), and Flags for columns; sorted by your frequency first, then 0-99, then unknown handling for private frequencies Second question: how do you prefer your player box? If you could choose, where would you want the player box to be and/or how would you want it to pop-up or display? Your responses would be greatly appreciated! This is a research.

I don't have a monitor with a screen resolution big enough to see the entire map at once to allow me to trace the line. You can't freeze your ship into place, and you can't "lock" the B button down at the same time while you go and follow the line. Plus, in the private message, you said it can be off anywhere from 1 to 15 pixels. Inaccuracy to be that high is insane! =( Saving the map as a downsampled 1:16 version makes it just as difficult to work with. Yes, you could upsample the image, but what about the grid? I'm just asking for a simple program, or even an addition to DCME (which may not be as simple to do).

1. Open a LVL file 2. Use a "rectangle tool" to select a desired area 3. Program calculates origin (absolute dead center of rectangled area) 4. From this origin, the program will render 40 yellow lines at 9 degree differences; these lines will bounce no more than 7 times, and go no farther than sqrt(2*(1024^2)) 5. You can look around the map; you can also select one of the 40 lines (in which the selected line turns red to make it easier to trace) Purpose: for mappers to design and players to be able to find strategic shooting points for bombs, guns, and thors. Bonus points: be able to set how many rotation ticks to render (instead of a fixed 40 ticks / 9-degree increments). Cookie points: include appropriate behavior when hitting non-solid tiles and wormhole, and toggle for wormhole gravity to affect line path. Brownie points: be able to set multiple rectangle entities for simultaneous rendering of different locations. Audrey points: open source the code. https://forums.minegoboom.com/viewtopic.php?p=82742

I have heard that the whole "economy is downhill" thing is just used as an excuse by businesses and corporations as a marketing strategy to jack up prices.

He'll be back. They always come back.

Yes, you should. Grow up and don't post threads like this. The world doesn't revolve around you. If you are bored of this game, go do something else. Mercenaries don't belong here.

More than once a day. I generally check at least once every 3-6 hours.

Use a program NetLimiter to monitor the throughput. Download the free version (2?).

One way to play multiplayer via LAN with yourself and a buddy is to host the server version on your machine, and then login to Minecraft on the same machine with an obviously incorrect username and password (this will allow you to play in offline mode), and then connect to yourself under multiplayer (127.0.0.1). Have another computer legitimately logged in under your account (or buddy's account), and just connect via LAN and LAN IP. This is one way my buddy does it. At the moment, with three players (plus me connected to 127.0.0.1) the peak upstream throughput I have seen is somewhere between 64 KB/s and 128 KB/s (0.5Mbps to 1Mbps). Game will keep you playing until you have technologically gained everything (most likely climaxes here), and if not here, after you've pretty much made every item in the game. Quicker way to get bored of this game is to cheat.

How is Windows supposed to know nothing malicious-wise had happened with your drive from the time you unplug it to the time you plug it in? To avoid getting a corrupt drive, either unplug the drive when absolutely no activity is occurring on your drive or use the 'Safely remove device' function of Windows (or Linux equivalent). Donno if OS crashing or freezing could possibly have some to do with filesystem corruption.. But hey, people can do whatever they please and want, after all, that's what it is about: you.

I ran into one of those about a month ago and ranted about it on HardForum against Casio calculators and how I never have problems with those equations on TI's.

http://www.minecraft.net/ Anyone else addicted? EDIT: Here is our world map.. http://www.hlrse.net/.minecraft/overview-day/ http://www.hlrse.net/.minecraft/overview-night/ http://www.hlrse.net/.minecraft/tectonicus/ The entire Tectonicus render is about 2.63GB total and the day and night overviews with Minecraft Overviewer (GMap) both sum up to about 300MB.

Might be NamePassword glitching. Just wait it out.

You do. I only have /zones/ kind of content. I don't have any settings..

The reason it is good security practice to set Autorun to "Do nothing" by default and disable Autorun in Windows (whether you are running 2000/XP/Vista/7) is because this feature relies on a file autorun.inf located at the root directory of removable media and can be used to autorun malicious software. It's not a bug, it's a feature! (By default, I always disable Autorun via control panel and GPO.)

Do any of you even have the files to DS?
