Its a fucking game, why does it have to be serious? lol Thats half the problem, is people taking it too serious. So these questions are more just general and goofy. The people being interviewed enjoy them because of that, and everyone has a good time.

I can also get contact with QUITE a few old sysops (IE: Evaugh - EX EG Head SysOp & Hallucination - Long time Chaos Owner) & developers who are still around. I think old zone staff might be interesting, as honestly, back then staff CARED about their zones, trying to grow them and make them what we had. Now most of them just want power or don't want to let them go. I'd prefer to ask people who still hop in, as many questions are geared towards why they still play. Though I can modify them a bit, and ask why they're still involved in the community, or why they left, etc. I'd feel odd asking myself the 20 questions, so don't plan seeing anything from me for a long while. And MikeTheNose I have done, just haven't posted. And finally, I did interview 2 zone owners, who both didn't do any bragging about their own zones. Besides TW Staff, there isn't any questions where they really can without lying.

Going to begin hunting some people down for 20 questions interviews this weekend, but who would you be most interested to hear from? Waiting on Priit to reply, so don't list him. I'd prefer to start with zone owners and head sysops, but list away.

Banner gradient issues fixed, and tweaked DCME's banner a bit more. About DCME and Advertisements only 2 pages left. Billing Site is sliced up, and support script for bang updated and billing is now up. Also have created a standard policy for name/squad stuff: http://billing.subspaceonline.com/#policy :which was oked and agreed upon by Ghost Ship, Mom, and myself. Need to add more to Files and Technical FAQ in time, and get News Script fully operating. After all that, next will be getting a new zoner going. Thoughts? Ideas? Opinions?

Forum re-opened with all topics since Aug 2008 restored. May go through and restore more as time goes on.

If I restore it, it will be as a subforum under general discussion until it can prove its worth as a forum again. The old one got to the point where it was viewed less than some of the inactive zone forums, and had frontpage topics stretching back to feb 08. To me it got to where it looked like 1 topic at a time was ever discussed, and I saw no need for a seperate forum for that. So if that is all it deems to be, then what is the point. You can just as easily post the topic in general.

So many comments, so little time. Aileron has the right idea though I think. It should be based around gameplay somewhat more though I think. And yeah, no cursing. Half the reason Red vs Blue is as popular as it is, is cause 13yr old halo freaks can sit and watch it without mom and dad getting all pissed.

Bungie put on its big boy pants and moved on to their own projects, partially seperating from MS. Halo 3: ODST = Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, the elite guys who we're dropping in and backing your ass up in Halo - Halo3. The storyline is a side story to Halo 3. There is also 3 other Halo storyline games coming out in the next 2-3yrs. Go Bungie!

fixed it now. The navbar still technically needs fixed. But I had the css files as media=all. That was only thing diff between ipb and sso. Changed to screen, and all is fine now. Will focus on updating the navbar css stuff later.

Only thing that makes me slightly doubt the navbar causing it, is ssforum has no issues with it and it is loaded in the same spot. I'll remove it, and you guys can visit it and see if it is causing it. But I might have another idea causing it also. But we'll try the navbar 1st.

Its just optimization of the cache control. It updates views once an hr.

Mine work fine, joystick and gamepad. Suck for controlling. This may sound stupid, but under keyboard definitions you have joystick/gamepad checked correct? People have forgotten this before.

Replacement of SSCentral. Back in the day, we had a website at SubSpace.Net. It was news, general activities, entertainment, updates, downloads, etc. Most all the veteran players visited it daily, sometimes more, and most players visited atleast once a week. They always had news of what was going on, entertaining stuff to read, articles, etc. etc. I'm trying to bring that back to this community again, as for far too many years we have gone without it. I use to keep SSCentral well updated, and for a while, it served as a back up to SSNet, and then eventually replaced it for a short time when its hosting was having some dilemas. Then when I handed SSCentral to swift, he ended up going off to the army, and the site kind of sat static, eventually being replaced by a static website. Well, rather than try to bring something back, I decided to start a new site. I ran the url by a few people, and got their ok, and quite a few people have been excited by the basic design of the site. In time I will continue updating it, adding sections, etc. But I am moving into a house soon, so am trying to get atleast a general face to the site setup, and get it running pretty well. In time it will have all sorts of information, sections, and be very easy to navigate and find what you want. For now, give input, ideas, etc. I rarely shoot them down as I always joke, I am one of the last left from a generation in this game who believed we are nothing without our players, nothing without our members, and nothing without each other. Player ran, and Player used.

I was debating if I should rename Screenshots to Overview or something. Its a bit more than screenshots. And is Videos in the right category? I mean they give some information and overview of the game, but dunno. I guess it is a good spot for it.

Freak is going to work on getting Zone Events list together tomorrow. I'll probably begin working on Comics section submissions soon, and I gotta code a news script up. Nice thing bout this CMS, it allows total php pages to be coded in it. So can code a news script to plugin to SSF's login system with ease. Mm... gonna go finally shower, and dunno what else then maybe work on it some more. Have spent 8hrs on it today updating stuff & working on the backend/template. So we'll see.
