Bungie put on its big boy pants and moved on to their own projects, partially seperating from MS. Halo 3: ODST = Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, the elite guys who we're dropping in and backing your ass up in Halo - Halo3. The storyline is a side story to Halo 3. There is also 3 other Halo storyline games coming out in the next 2-3yrs. Go Bungie!

fixed it. Since IPB seems to have yet to.

fixed it now. The navbar still technically needs fixed. But I had the css files as media=all. That was only thing diff between ipb and sso. Changed to screen, and all is fine now. Will focus on updating the navbar css stuff later.

Only thing that makes me slightly doubt the navbar causing it, is ssforum has no issues with it and it is loaded in the same spot. I'll remove it, and you guys can visit it and see if it is causing it. But I might have another idea causing it also. But we'll try the navbar 1st.

Its just optimization of the cache control. It updates views once an hr.

Mine work fine, joystick and gamepad. Suck for controlling. This may sound stupid, but under keyboard definitions you have joystick/gamepad checked correct? People have forgotten this before.

Replacement of SSCentral. Back in the day, we had a website at SubSpace.Net. It was news, general activities, entertainment, updates, downloads, etc. Most all the veteran players visited it daily, sometimes more, and most players visited atleast once a week. They always had news of what was going on, entertaining stuff to read, articles, etc. etc. I'm trying to bring that back to this community again, as for far too many years we have gone without it. I use to keep SSCentral well updated, and for a while, it served as a back up to SSNet, and then eventually replaced it for a short time when its hosting was having some dilemas. Then when I handed SSCentral to swift, he ended up going off to the army, and the site kind of sat static, eventually being replaced by a static website. Well, rather than try to bring something back, I decided to start a new site. I ran the url by a few people, and got their ok, and quite a few people have been excited by the basic design of the site. In time I will continue updating it, adding sections, etc. But I am moving into a house soon, so am trying to get atleast a general face to the site setup, and get it running pretty well. In time it will have all sorts of information, sections, and be very easy to navigate and find what you want. For now, give input, ideas, etc. I rarely shoot them down as I always joke, I am one of the last left from a generation in this game who believed we are nothing without our players, nothing without our members, and nothing without each other. Player ran, and Player used.

I was debating if I should rename Screenshots to Overview or something. Its a bit more than screenshots. And is Videos in the right category? I mean they give some information and overview of the game, but dunno. I guess it is a good spot for it.

Nice thing bout this CMS, it allows total php pages to be coded in it. So can code a news script to plugin to SSF's login system with ease. Mm... gonna go finally shower, and dunno what else then maybe work on it some more. Have spent 8hrs on it today updating stuff & working on the backend/template. So we'll see.

@Hak: DCME Map Editor looked odd to me, and Samapico has called it DC Map Editor before, so eh? I leave that decision up to him, not me. And "Original Vie Intro"? This I don't get? C:\\ i'll fix. I had to fix a lot of php correct stuff from the old cms. I copied the FAQ from one we had on the SSCentral CMS, and it had all sorts of shit I had to fix and remove. I thought I uploaded one with transparency. I noticed that after we decided not to have the top 2 banners on pages other than news. @Purge: Screenshots are there? Zone Events "Advertisements", read my post again. @Static: Waiting on priit... info was once sent, but user account never added. Ghost still bugging him.

Feel free to let your friends know, and give input here. This weekend there will be biller wide messages letting everyone know it has launched, and we will go 100% live. DCME will be finished tomorrow night, and Zone Events and Comics will be completed once I begin getting some submissions (news post on that to come). I also need to code a news management script, or I may setup a forum here in General Discussion for SSO news topics to be posted/discussed. Currently some users having some dns issues with SSCentral.com. Honestly, baffled, but will look into it deeper tomorrow if doesn't resolve over night. Was perfectly fine yesterday.

Technical FAQ, and DCME About and Screenshots all that is left. Comics section will need to be worked on quite a bit longer to be completed properly, so will be down for a little while. News scripts for DCME and SSO will be coded shortly, though may just pull from a forum here on SSO. Will decide that later. Keepin ya updated!

lol? No its not because its not shut down. If anyone would like to take the time and notice who actually posted that, it wasn't kn|ght. Someone made a name just like his with a cap. I in the name. If you look close: 1. His post count is way off 2. He is a member of "members" and not root admin (if you look up the members you'll see the two knights, one as a member and one as a root admin) 3. his signature doesn't send you to the staff application link. I'm alittle disappointed in you Polix that you didn't notice this.... if half the forum scripts didn't give me an internal 500 error, I might have. I wondered why he deleted his account and re-registered it, but figured it was just him. Members gave me 500 error, and ACP.

Always have had to use http://www.ssforum.net for, uh, a long time now? Forums.SSCentral.com's redirect never worked properly. I think it is something in IPB with referers or some weird deal, I dunno. It worked for other scripts I tested, but not IPB, I didn't get it. But I am moving SSCentral under SSO like SSForum is, so I deleted a lot of crap, and plan to move stuff around here shortly.
