yes, it does a registry edit. Lemme see if I can find it in the installer creation file.

installed fine for my brother. No issues after restart from either shortcut. I'd try uninstall and reinstall, and if still having issues, use the zip download. Reading another topic, it sounds like your computer was/is giving you lots of odd issues. So might just still be side effects of that. I can't seem to replicate it, sorry man.

No issue on my pc or laptop. Even imed my brother to try it out, waiting on his response wheter is working or not. Which installer are you trying? I am using the plain Continuum 0.40 not the one with the server.

Restarted and still opened fine. Very odd. You're the 1st to report the issue. So I'd assume the install was corrupt somehow. (topic split from general discussion topic)

All 3 worked fine when I created em. Just downloaded and installed it, and it ran fine. Menures.dll installed in the folder too. So not sure if your download was corrupt, or the install didn't install correctly for you.

Something about it just feels right. I like it.

Then you might like what is in the works better. Lets just say, it is a way for me to have to do less, but more of the site will be updated. I just don't have the time to run things like I use to, but noone can afford to throw money at this like I do, nor has spent almost 10yrs working with this forum software. But it will be good for the community as a whole. Will allow me to not feel bad for my lack of time to devote to updating/managing a site, and give the community a site they can control, build, and add to. Only 1 downside... but that will come later. And really, tbh, isn't much of one. But eh.

The ssc player database (biller) has been offline since its normal restart for the biweekly score reset. No information on the cause yet, but e-mails and messages have been sent. Will keep you updated.

Mine Go Boom Mostly been playing in Chaos. Was kinda funny to see how much fun he was having playing again. Harassing all of us to get in and play with him.

He's been playing subspace, and noone else was around to pedal the tricycle to keep the server up and running.

Try checking all the boxes at the bottom of Advanced options. If issues, try unchecking Software Emulation 1st.
