(you did it in pm, not pub chat, but ok) Like I said, it's your prerogative. I don't know what internets you visit, but in the domains of common sense, mods are held to the same standards as everyone else when it comes to interacting with people, the higher standards are only regarding the authority they've been given. I don't care if people that stir up trouble don't like how I deal with them. I don't care if people that whine over things I do don't like me brushing them off as irrelevant. I wouldn't expect anyone in my position, or any of the other staff in Hyperspace, or in any other zone, or in any other community, to treat me with respect if I was rude to them. Whatever you might expect, it doesn't change how things are here. Don't delude yourself into thinking your statement was anything less than inflammatory, especially given your own history of stirring up trouble. If it was not your intention then you could have either made it more clear after the initial reaction, but you declined to. Since it almost exactly mirrored the OP's experience, let's remember that the OP was the one cursing, insulting, erupting, not the other way around. In that case, I guess I can see why you made the comparison, since you are the one making posts (with allcaps, no less!) over something that was said to you. Troll moar.
