  1. You made another topic about lvz to bm2... now you want bm2 to lvz... I'm confused... I replied in the other topic anyway... By the way, bm2 is just a standard bitmap image, you can safely rename a bm2 file to .bmp, or associate .bm2 files to be opened with paint, or whatever.
  2. a lvz file is like a zip file, it can contain a bunch of files... You need the debuilder, which is part of the LVZ toolkit, that you can find here. If you have a lot of lvz's to unpack, you might want to take a look here, so you can quickly unpack them with a double-click.
  3. lol... I clicked on the 'listen' on the English side... It didn't make much sense... but the german one is nice
  4. The total amount of damn given in this thread is pretty low
  5. If you only have a few to convert, you can always ?putsettings in subgame, and *getfile the .cfg after edit: i have subset SubSet_2_1.zip
  6. hmmmmmmmmmmm, does the min/max have any effect, or is it just some indicator? If it limits data entry, it certainly is a bad idea to set it to 1337. And some items simply don't have any limit, like the speed values... well there probably is a limit, but it's probably ridiculously high. All:MaximumSpeed:0:1337:Maximum speed allowed (in pixels per 10 seconds), (0 = Cannot move) ^ You can set speed to be negative, and it can be useful, so I would not specify a minimum of 0. Same for thrust, and probably a bunch of other values. Can't you just 'not specify' the min/max in these cases? like: All:MaximumSpeed:::Maximum speed allowed (in pixels per 10 seconds), (0 = Cannot move)
  7. I think Windows 7 adjusts all controls, and probably even images... but I guess that bitblt's are still 1:1, or something
  8. I blame your computer settings... your fonts are set to 125% size or something, which screws up the size of the controls, somehow... I can't do anything about it. edit: yep... just tested it, same thing. Set size to normal, and get glasses if needed.
  9. Or submit it to files.ssgn.net We didn't have the time to re-upload/categorize all the files yet, but the objective is to have files moved there

  12. Video lasts 9:11... it's obviously made by terrorists.
  13. ^ I couldn't have said it better. And I wanted to, trust me.

I like these topics... resolved quickly
  15. We are thinking of it the wrong way... the Earth is not perfect for us, we are perfect for the Earth. Meaning, life can adapt itself to whatever environment. We have no idea what "aliens" could look like (if they could even look like anything...) .......... and......... and... wherever I was going with this, I'm sure it made sense.

    So mean

Well... let this be a life lesson: don't give money to complete strangers expecting them to pay you back
  17. And what if something happened to him? *maniacal laugh*
  18. So scamming should never be done? Players and bots have always scammed throughout the history of hyperspace. What I did was no different than a player finding an exploit on a bot, which I did, then using that exploit on the bot to their advantage, which I did. It was my fault for taking the money, but it was preventable if spidernl chose to make precautions. A staff member fell for your evil plan... I'm not blaming staff here, but technically the staff made a mistake, and they had the power to fix that mistake, which they did (kind of). If a bank somehow made a mistake and added 6 zeroes in your bank account, they'll obviously attempt to fix it. If you already cashed it all, then you have 2 choices: give it back, or leave the country ASAP. You should do the same... either stop whining, or get out

    Finally, a good topic!
  20. Yep... you have to run the .bat as administrator. If you had read the readme you'd know ;D By the way, in DCME's options you can set DCME to be the default program to open .lvl files, but for this to work, you need to run DCME as administrator since it has to edit the registry... In normal usage it doesn't have to be ran as administrator though.
  21. CPU auto-under/over clock is pretty common, but I doubt it would affect that. My Phenom x6 CPU automatically underclock itself when idle, and overclocks some cores when only 1 or 2 of them are used... Does it alt-tabs out every few minutes? every second? randomly? Do you see any kind of pop-up on the desktop that could cause it? Could you try with another full-screen game?
  22. You're just not Korean enough
  23. cool
  24. Long story short: Get Continuum if you want to play
  25. I thought I used it too... but the terminal gave me some 'unknown packet' crap. Apparently there's a difference between *getfile and other means of getting files (?getsettings, downloading a level, etc.) But... I dunno, I just realized a plugin I use relies on *getfile... dunno what I was doing wrong.
