Arguing about intellectual property in a game based on an illegally hacked client and server seems like an exercise in futility. Ultimately the only thing that matters are what the people holding the billing server (Priit, GS, and the Subspace Council to some extent) and directory servers (a diverse group of hosts) will do. And for MG, the answer is probably that they're not going to go out of their way to kill it, regardless of any IP that may be brought up.
