Depending on how serious you are about making this, I think you should push for your own zone. Just keep up with the Python, once you've exhausted that go for C. Provided you understand the concepts behind Python, and then understand the concepts behind C, actually learning the language shouldn't take too long at all. No, for the same reason you don't leave matches in a child's bedroom. Clearly TW has a lot of kids, and clearly enough TW staff know this; hence the rule. It's nothing more, or nothing less than that.

They're not stopping you from making a radio station, or advertising it in public chat - they're just disagreeing to helping you advertise it if it contains material inappropriate for a large sector of the TW audience (a bunch of kids).

Then make the radio station, and live with trench wars (the most populated zone which is just about the only zone to have a successful radio station) not support it. If it's not going to crash and burn, then your popularity will speak for it's self in getting trench wars to accept your ways. Also, good job on missing the point, kids.
