Not really a requirement, Samapico. A zone must meet the minimum requirements you linked to to be able to attain SSC. However, PoLiX would at least like to see that a zone that he is reviewing is at least trying to complete their zone and do something. Although I bet I could possibly get Jackpot SVS -- though a 'dead zone' -- on SSC (but it is not in my desire to get Jackpot SVS on SSC anytime in the near future for various reasons). I don't believe that "population," at least the way most people in this community take it is, is the point of Subspace. I think if you think that that's what Subspace is all about, you're missing the point entirely and should rethink some things about the game. The game is about having good, old time fun with a group of friends and buddies, perhaps on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights. It doesn't matter if a zone has "0 pop" as long as you have a group of friends that enjoy the zone together whenever. That, my friend, is what Subspace is about. Trying to find a zone that has a living constant population isn't necessarily a bad thing either, or the whole "0 vs 30/100+" pop deal either, but if that's all you go by for Subspace, you are missing it. Anyway, just my opinion. (Credits to TGS for revealing to me a totally new perspective.)
