  1. Some of what I said was taken out of context... He may have not meant to, but the way he chopped some of it up, really changed a lot of what I was saying... IE: why I posted the log way back when.
  2. *As TT finds someone who has worse grammar than him*

    Lagged...

Good old Hopone at it again.... Sorry to say, but w/ them, just have to wait it out bro. That or change ISPs... but that would just be stupid for a single game/few zones.
  4. http://www.callofduty.com/reconnaissance/videos#40 Dude....
  5. Aww... Someone got a little cranky. Laff! It's funny how he stuck his videos on YouTube. The guy first started off by posting the videos on YouTube (in the whole viral sense). I'd also be willing to bet that you found the video on YouTube. I imagine you'll respond by saying you didn't find the video on YouTube. Also, I don't remember seeing the links to his website posted before. You're amusing, Polix. Actually he stuck them on Vimeo 1st I'd assume as 3 of my friends posted this on Myspace w/ the Vimeo player/links. The link to his website I posted when the Vimeo code wouldn't work. Then I decided to search for it on google, and found a youtube version since we have a "youtube" tag, only made sense it'd work that way better. Everytime I care to post a thread you come into it whining about some !@#$%^&*. If you can't post something constructive, maybe I can help show you the way off my boards. ------------------------ Back to subject: I think it's cool how he just went anywhere in the world and found people who we're willing to just be goofy and dance around. Kind of shows no matter where you go, everyone is in some way the same. I had heard they we're coming to Gas Works Park (Seattle, Washington at end of Video), and few of my friends did go down to it (IE: Why they posted it on their myspace's). They found out about it at some local show, but didn't know anything about it really until they saw this I guess. Like they only explained a bit of it to them, and had them sign something. They didn't think it'd be anything special, but yeah, turns out it was kind of cool.
  6. The difference is this isn't just youtube dumb!@#$%^&*...
  7. IMHO this took a lot of time and dedication to complete... 14months, 42 countries, thousands of people helping. zlfKdbWwruYhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlfKdbWwruY http://www.wherethe!@#$%^&*ismatt.com/ http://www.wherethe!@#$%^&*is...om/videos.shtml - for better quality video
  8. http://www.newsweek.com/id/141199?GT1=43002 Like one of the people who commented said, this could eventually make the headlines in a more deadly way. Drilling holes into gas tanks, and cutting lines... too ez to spark something, and then, fire and boom. Also all the other vapors and !@#$%^&* from popping the tank caps, etc.

    HS Squad Owners

They can stay where they are.
  10. Going to talk to Brain and D1s about this, but was something I mentioned to them long ago but never got around to it... If a sub-forum was setup and all squad forums moved into it, so they we're under HS's forums here, would that be something you'd be interested in?
  11. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoid=35848557 Imagine the popcorn as your brain.... Case Closed.
  12. The political is simple. The council does not have any sort of direct input or authority over the sites and forums involved in our Web Community, nor will in the future. We are our own en!@#$%^&*y, and run as such. The community accepts us this way, as a toltarion (sp?) society where we do as we please, and noone has any say against such. We do as we feel is right, and so far, everyone is happy with the choices we have made over the past 6+yrs w/ Subspace.net, SSForum.net, SSCentral.com, SSQuotes, SSDownloads, etc. Granted SSDownloads has parted ways from our centralized group, but Testtube has made moves to rejoin and work with us again. In reality, there is the Subspace Central Billing council, and our Subspace Central Community council. Edit: Note that I don't mean this in a harsh way, as there is a few who have input, but that is on a personal choice level, not council wide.
  13. I guess to get back on topic I should state my opinion, since it is the only one that matters w/ these forums (j/k... or am I?). Me and Ghost had once discussed this long ago during all our talks about the most recent release of continuum. We had set out ideas, duties, and plans for ourselves, along w/ plans for things for MTN to do w/ the council. If this made it to mike, I dunno, I don't recall telling him, but I do remember relaying a lot of me and ghost's phone conversations to him. But one such thing was really getting away from the closed mailing list, and trying to open up a more general ssc discussion. The Council itself has no power without Ghost to do really anything. Yes, as he'd state, he will listen to them, and 90% of the time do as they ask. But if he doesn't like something for any gut reason, he won't do it, no matter how much they want it, IE: their main flaw. Only being a handfull of zones, they can't really act biller wide upon anything w/out him. Now w/ the SSC forum, they don't need Ghost AS MUCH, as w/ more zones working together, any actions outside of biller control, can be more easily done/pursued. Not saying it will happen on every topic, but just if there is a wider discussion/acception of an action, that helps inforce it. Rather then this small elitist group deciding things, half of them being inactive to current situations the players see, and forcing it upon zones whose owners are normally more active, and wonder "WTF MATE?". Now, I personally could care less where it is at, just that finally it has been done. Anyways, gotta goto work...
  14. But sometimes. Mostly GTA4 and PGR4 lately.

  16. actually when my cousin use to dj, I'd tag along, and this guy almost always showed up to the club who did that sort of !@#$%^&*. He even did it with his shoulders, popping em outta socket and !@#$%^&*, was crazy. So i'd believe it.
  17. Read the log and it is pretty much the same thing that has been posted on these forums maybe... twice a year? for the past 5 or 6yrs now. Actually I think Zippydan's Essay and Priit's replies we're one of the 1st topics back in 02 when we 1st opened these forums. Actions speak louder than words... a problem in this game, as everything is just typed text, and noone ever acts upon it.
  18. ^ = Server uses SSC Biller Proxy (Little side program that keeps the zones up even if the biller goes down, rather then them recycling. Also will reconnect them without recycle, although players have to relogin to regain full functionality).

    MMM... remembering this... Probably not...
  21. In Seattle the ratio of Bikes to Cars on most the downtown streets is probably almost 1:2 at times. There is bicycle lanes in some areas, but otherwise, you just yield to them, plain and simple. Most the time if they're not some !@#$%^&*, they'll eventually try and move over to let you pass or if you give em room as you go around, it is considered fine.
