Why waste development time on 'more suitable' measures such as a net-wide silence when a netban does the job just as well? Don't want a ban, don't break the rules. It's that simple.

A netban for cross-zone spamming seems like one of the best reasons for a netban one could come up with, as a local ban would do absolutely nothing (as by definition the offender would be doing the spamming from a different zone).

I like how you can judge whether a ban is excessive if you don't know what he did in the first place.

If you ask me, most of the people who actually succeed at hopping generally know when to ?flag to get right onto the winning team. They're not the ones constantly spectating and ?flagging again.

You're aware that a LOT of good players have negative or barely positive ratios, rigt? The most useless players who would rather let their team's lancaster die than die themselves, on the other hand.. Experience, if not ideal, is a lot better. Trust me on this one.

How do you know the circle on the Terrier isn't, say, a shield generator or 'warp drive' of sorts? Can't really talk about "lack of realism" if you're going to assume it's an unnecessary object added to spice up the model.

I like 'em. In fact I'd love to use them for HS (although they'd need some different sizes, but that's a matter of zooming in/out I suppose) if they aren't 'reserved' for Aphelion. Edit: I do agree with Cheese about the Terr. A little more saturation would help. It looks like it's trying to decide whether it wants to be a deep red color, or a pink unicorn.

Hahaha. You're hilarious. Yes, I copy-pasted your recharge code because it's impossible to figure out that recharge consists of adding a certain variable's value to another variable's value every (couple) tick(s). Now I understand why Dr Brain deletes your posts so often. Edit: Have a look at hyperspace_modules, specifically hs_util_energy or hs_chargeables, and note that the former was put on the repository before you made your framework public. Also note that it has a value that "recharges".

Yeah, I'll probably change turret damage a tad soon. Taking down a turret is exactly what should be their drawback: yes, when it's up Ripper will rip (heh) through rushers. When it's down, however, you're sigless.
