Was everything enabled in dxdiag? Try newer drivers. If they dont' help, try *older* drivers. Some should work. Basically, the problem is probably that Continuum, as you know, is pretty old-fashioned. And some driver makers don't care much about making old-fashioned stuff work well always, so these sorts of things might have some bugs in order for the newer stuff to work better. Older drivers might help if newer ones don't.
