To use new victory music, put it in your "sound" directory and replace the victoryl.wa2 file. It must be in .wav format. No zone victory music will be used, audio is just way too big.

If you get low fps, then perhaps some other program is using up all the CPU power. Or your drivers are hosed, try updating them. Try a different resolution, different refresh rate, different advanced options.

No, we can't fix the game. You can only try to fix the computer. Trial and error is the way to go, no definite fix is known. If you tried all of that... well, try anything else as well... it could be anything. Including drivers! Perhaps some bad annoying drivers are installed with a clean install, as well, if you had the problem with a clean install.

That is normal. Turn on frame rate limit (advanced settings), that might lower it. Might not. Either way, it is normal.

Most likely this is caused by other programs that consume the CPU. Turn eveythign else off and try then. Possible culprits: antivirus, media players

Are you on the same network as anyone else? Were you playing at school with other players? In those cases, they would all seem to be coming from the same computer. If not... I guess it was some freak error.
