  1. I will look into this. As you might know automatically setting up graphic drivers and modes can be a little tricky. Divide by zero should be easily fixable. I often get this in OpenGL if I forget to modify the resize(int h, int w) method to have if(h == 0) h = 1; Game looks great! Good work.
  2. Similarly, I had no idea that SVS aka HellSpawn is still active after his less-than-graceful exit from our community. Perhaps after he dropped the Aceflyer alias /lawl
  3. they also make MP3 players that store thousands of songs.
  4. True, the Facebook MG group is very active. http://www.barattalo.it/2010/03/01/php-curl-bot-to-update-facebook-status/
  5. I see Baudchaser quite frequently on AIM; I had him on my old Facebook account too. He seemed to be living it up pretty well.
  6. I believe MetalGear had one in the past and it never done too great, either way it shouldn't be hard to do if the zone is running ASSS using Python (as the Twitter API is very simple) or if somebody can be bothered to code up a module for a MERV in C++
  7. Hahaha, my thoughts exactly. I have a separate account for my programming projects / business and just set it as a shared folder. ;-)
  8. What's needed is legislation to protect the internet, however it seems American politicians only listen if the person who's speaking has very deep pockets.

  12. @Avast: It's a different client. It shouldn't have a different name. It looks like Continuum because it should eventually be a replacement for Continuum. You're a tool. @Jab: Looks good, perhaps only keep the animations if they're on a separate thread to loading the game (i.e. so logging in seems quicker).
  13. tl;dr
  14. How about pioneering P2P communication, allowing for a more decentralised internet (how the internet should be). Now we just wait for the `But I am troll queen` excuse.
  15. Bloomberg, kid. KaZaa didn't fail. Subspace is nothing to do with Priit. Continuum done amazingly, considering. Skype is the leader in VoIP. ASI is the largest (if not one of the largest) VC(s) in Estonia. That's just the stuff I can directly figure out without much research. At all. Seriously, child - go elsewhere and be dumb. P.s. I'm done sidetracking this thread by acknowledging you.
  16. I don't think Priit has been involved in Skype since 2005. Perhaps contractually but he needn't bother with ASI which has some ~50mln in liquid assets and likely the biggest VC in Estonia. Surprise surprise, Avast misses the nail. Again.
  17. Four hours a day, eh? That's half a days work. That's half a day away from family, friends and relaxing. I mean, if you want to drop half a years salary on the table (for somebody knowledgable, of course) then feel free. None of which are free. All of which come from game studios, where teams of people develop for more than four hours a day. You're an idiot. Anyway, my point is that developing a video game is not easy. Developing a video game that people are actually going to play is difficult. Oh, and that you've no clue what you're talking about.
