The rule that it falls into is "No use of 3rd party utilities". If you were !@#$%^&*umed to be using it, you were probably cloaking in-between bullet shots of Disruptor or something. Which you shouldn't be able to do without a program to do it for you.

Antimatter mines can easily accomplish those two... I mined around the safe zone in the TW because somebody had about 12 flags and I saw them going through the TW many many times... once I popped the mines there then they appeared, the prox make the flags be dropped around the safe, I took them, and exited the TW...

I think this is what zephoid sorta suggested up there: Tanks should not be moving fast as an IceFire warbird... ever. The Spider lost its rockets, but got a speed (and thrust?) upgrade to make up for it. And the Spider is still not fast for having all the firepower it does right now.

-Thors teamkill madly and hurt yourself a LOT if you are gonna rush, making your rushing much weaker. -The amount of repel spam is greater than the amount of thor spam, so you don't hardly ever hit if there is an amount of rushers on the opposing team. -Siege pack wouldn't seem to be worth the 24K (or whatever it is) if you only got one thor, I mean come on, one thor will just be repped anyways and you would've wasted your time buying the item unless you HAD to have the extra burst. :/ I like SP the way it is. If SP is reduced to one thor, let's add a portal to the pack?

I don't think this is Summoner being used, though. A few days ago, people were complaining about being warped places that they couldn't have been summoned to, like between sectors and inside the safe zone that borders each sector (which is a 2x2 tunnel, a lanc cannot fit in there to summon you there). This has only happened to me once, and when it happened I ended up in the transwarp hub and shortly saw a turret graphic. It was not my turret graphic, as I have it big and yellow compared to the enemy/teammate turret graphic.

Spiders can't have rockets. Every other ship can. I think Spiders are pretty easy to kill, they are very big and easy to hit off the radar. With the whole rotation thing, if a Spider prefers rotation, and extra rotations even more, that means that they can't go fast if they use Overthruster. If they buy some Extra Rotations, then that is one less utility for them, like cloaking.
