  1. I honestly have to say this is your best map idea yet mage. It's clean and simplistic. I would remove all the names written in there though, we don't need to know who hosted. We just need to acknowledge the winner(s).

The SS has come in and censored your map censorship.lvl
  3. lol, if it is Galactic Melee, then I've been there done that. And I can still play it haha. I stick to my previous statement if it's not: LOLS

Bah, it's good enough for me. With school coming along, and with work, then homework, I'm gonna die too. Though I've been "dying" all my life, nothing will probably change.
  5. Last I checked, he paid 5000$ for the domain. And unless you can dish out more money than some Star Trek fans, everyone's out of luck.
  6. It sounds like you're advertising someone's attempt at SubSpace2. If that's the case, then all I gotta say is: LOLS
  7. The .dat files are used, but it's no biggy since no one really cares to read them. They just store user, squad and score information for the biller.
  8. ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Astroboy x10
  9. Since Shran bumped this first The answer is: Wii - by a long shot. Then PS3, and in last place Xbox 360. Why would I say such a thing? I certainly prefer Xbox myself. The answer is simple: Japan. You'll find Nintendo everywhere, virtually crushing all previous compe!@#$%^&*ion, from the Wii to the Nintendo DS. In second place comes PS3, because you can still see the occasional PSP, and PS2 boosts some nice !@#$%^&*les people remember. XBOX? It was crushed beyond oblivion, not a sole trace around the japanese market.
  10. To clarify: That's the summary of the prerelease updates. The prereleases never had a fan club because 1) the updates were minor and affected no one, and 2) didn't come almost 5 years later. Pr1 was just recently popularized by the rising amount of ASSS zones. You could say that 0.38 was full of bugs, but less bugs than 0.37 and more tangible features were added. And I have no one to disagree with on this thread. 0.39 is a nice update, especially for XP users, but no one else will seriously benefit from it except maybe zone staff. In sum, unlike the other official releases, 0.39 offers a lot less updates, and I would even go as far as considering it just prerelease 4.

lol you have a .bak file, what's anyone suppose to do with that?
  12. Before you make yourself look stupid... http://begginers.subspace.net/ http://beginners.subspace.net/ http://beginner.subspace.net/ http://seethepattern.subspace.net/ Though I don't disagree about the rest. Edit: And before someone calls me a downer again, I'd like to defend myself by saying that I meant "Read the other thread, we've tried, and Ahmed laughed in our faces". And before someone says "subspace.net" is useless to us now, it might be somewhat, but it's been around for years and people do look for it. To top that, subspace.net is written into the biller (both subbill and the ssc biller). So in conclusion, it's useless to even try. Edit2: Oh, and don't bring Galactic Melee into this. Both Rak'kar and GM are not !@#$%^&*ociated with Ahmed or subspace.net .
  13. Learn to trash talk where it belongs. (since my post was erased)
  14. Fixed. Clee1 is now dueling Cancer+, by request. @Shad0ws, at least do the first duel, you still have until the 27th. If you need more time for the second round (seeing that you'll be away 2 weeks), I'll grant it.
  15. I'm not down, if anything I'm happy at least something is going to be fixed. But I'm not gonna run around and say "YAY AN UPDATE". I'll state the truth, and stick to that.

What JDS said; don't quit, just don't come as often. It's not an obligation to come, it's volunteering, so just come once in a while...
  17. People will still find ways to cheat, so it's by no means a permanent fix though.

GIBBBBBBIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! Don't do it because of yesterday's mistake You're like Deva's #1 mod... Take a break, or a vacation, but don't quit >.>
  19. You mean you booted up your computer in safe mode just to see if Continuum works? If that's the case, you have a firewall blocking Continuum. Try disabling it and see.
  20. Erm... I have no clue what you just half said, but Continuum is so old, you only need Direct X3 And we're not an all-around game support forum, so UT, wolfenstein are irrelevant... Is Continuum able to start up? Or can you not enter a zone (as in, your screen is messed up)?
  21. ROUND 1 BEGINS! Please refer to the original post for updates and/or changes.
  22. What's the point in telling us if only a limited amount of users can use it? Tell us when you're done.
  23. Alright well 24 hours is up, and I'll be posting the listing in about 5 hours or more, since I have to go to work. Good luck to all the participants
  24. I still don't see why you put this, Continuum runs on Vista; whoever can't get it to run is most likely running a Beta version of Vista, or their UAC is blocking it (in which case it's the user's own fault).
  25. We currently have 17-18 people signed up, which is about the same as last year's DT
