Something on your end is off its rocker (which might be DNS-based). Try using OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 + 208.67.220.220) or AT&T/Level3 (?) (4.2.2.1 + 4.2.2.7) and see what happens. You may have to clear or flush DNS (ipconfig /flushdns).

k I think I made a mistake in calculations and understanding. If I go to the Billing Summary page, it is split into two sections: one that totals to $50.19 and the other that totals to $36.76. Redid calculations based on information via Billing Summary (only a few entries were incorrect).. *crunch* Balance of $38.21 available for Google AdWords!

@Cre Donno what their problem is. I find it perfectly normal and acceptable. The server HLRSE.Net is on is called Sixgun. The Dreamhost server bluetoast.org is on is called Espresso. Our gameserver, unfortunately, does not have a name (it is usually referred to as gamepanel.visfx.net). In the past we have had other servers with names like: Warpath, Skynet (or something along the lines of 'sky'), Seabrook, and some other ones I am unable to recall. EDIT: Unique machine names kick butt!
