  2. http://1cup1coffee.com/puzzle/this-is-the-only-level-too/ Ugh. Score of 1999 on Normal mode with a daily rank of 20862 out of 24007. I forgot how much time it took me and how many times I died.
  3. So this discussion was brought up amongst myself and some other people and we were debating what qualifies a person as an "American." Seeing as how there is no such thing as "American" blood, since "Americans" are really just a composition of a variety of different people from all over the world, what is it that qualifies a person to be able to claim themselves as an "American"? Case 1: A Mexican legally crosses the US border and successfully attains citizenship. Is he American? Can he legitimately go out into a large crowd and claim to everyone that he is American? Case 2: Boy is born in the United States. Both his parents are mostly German in blood and were both born in Germany; parents also have citizenship in the United States. Is the boy American? German? Both? What about his parents? Are they just Germans or are they also Americans too? Case 3: A woman is 33% Polish, 33% British, and 33% Chinese. She migrates to the United States and successfully attains citizenship. What is she? Discuss. (notes to self: factors to consider - politically, legally, inherently, genetically ... blood composition, natural born citizen, not-natural-born but citizen, nationality, native tongue.)
  4. It is a TV documentary/reality show in Europe that is entirely about cons, con artists, schemes, practices, and how to do them. Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Real_Hustle#Example_of_scams Watch TV episodes for free: http://www.trutv.com/shows/real_hustle/
  5. I have Googled around for this, but cannot figure out how. Notepad++ is supposed to have a built-in Intellisense...and just a few days ago I somehow accidentally got it to come up for a split second before it disappeared.

  7. CHUCK NORRIS.
  8. Heh heh hehhhh... :]
  9. Because it would be too big to believe.
  10. Advertise on 4chan! Good idea. (Not being sarcastic.)
  11. I am not sure what I am missing here. O_o This problem only started to happen starting a few days ago, earlier this week. DBZ's description was not changed and has been the same for quite a long time. The description also begins with ss://ds1.hlrse.net/ ... so........
  12. sscentral.com ds.hlrse.net ds1.krslynx.com nanavati.net ssdir.playsubspace.com ds1.hlrse.net I checked each one individually by trying one of them, hitting cancel or OK, then clicking on Zones, then trying the next one. I am looking at SSCV Dragonball Z zone here: sscentral.com = Unknown (note: using Snrrrub's directory server v1.1) ds.hlrse.net = Unknown (note: using Snrrrub's directory server v1.1) ds1.krslynx.com = Unknown (note: unknown if using v1.0 or v1.1 of Snrrrub's directory server) nanavati.net = SSCV Dragonball Z (note: using Snrrrub's directory server v1.1) ssdir.playsubspace.com = SSCV Dragonball Z (note: uses doc flabby's directory server Central) ds1.hlrse.net = SSCV Dragonball Z (note: has UpstreamServers disabled via ZoneRefreshSeconds set to -1; the only win32 server in this list; using Snrrrub's directory server v1.1) Not sure what to make of it. [Directory] IP=sscentral.com,sscentral.sscuservers.net,ssdir.playsubspace.com,nanavati.net,ds1.krslynx.com,ds.hlrse.net,ds1.hlrse.net Description=ss://ds1.hlrse.net Fast pace action with intense battles in a multitude of carefully constructed bases. Fight with your team to capture the seven dragonballs and defend your base to the death with your friends. Port=4991
  13. So uh, would anyone like to recompile MERVBot with the requested specifications?
  14. Eh, ever since I met with TGS, my perspective on this whole "OMG THE POP IS DYING" and "dead zones versus pop'd zones" has radically changed: population isn't what matters. If you think it does, you're missing the point of this game.
  15. Or Xog is just making it up entirely, pasting a screenshot of looking at one of my e-mail messages, erasing the message content area and replacing it with another e-mail's attachments (that has nothing to do with me).
  16. Does anyone have any idea why SSCV Dragonball Z keeps going back and forth between its correct zone name and description to a zone name of "Unknown" and a description of "None"? ds1.hlrse.net isn't doing this..
  17. That's way too advanced (and probably unnecessary) for such a simple script as this The order is already specified in the configuration of the Perl script so you can make your own order if necessary. Actually the order appears to change for every execution of the script. Anyway, ds1.hlrse.net should not be the first one, but at least the last. Otherwise that kind of defeats the purpose of that copy-and-paste line (ds1.hlrse.net has a very very small list compared to all the others).
  18. Rite, rite...because you're really just trying to get me to post pictures of self. There's a picture of me in my avatar.
  19. I have no idea what you are talking about. Please provide us with the pictures I am supposedly sending you (FYI last e-mail I sent was on 2/24/2010).
  20. The Perl script is missing a "prioritization function" and should keep the copy and paste line in a fixed order. Ultimately, it should base that order on the directory server with the best recorded uptime, but with non-clustered directory servers like ds1.hlrse.net placed last. @Samapico Remove everything in your list entirely, then click OK, then click on ZONES (again). Download the list again. The list should be rather small. The [?], in this scenario, simply means that ds1.hlrse.net has no idea and does not recognize those zones as zones (because they do not broadcast to ds1.hlrse.net). This will only happen if you already have zones in your list that do not broadcast to the directory server you are downloading, because the directory server (aside from ss://) will tell you whether a zone has a description, IP, port, name or status update when you download a list (it compares the list you download to the list you already have).
  21. Thanks!
  22. Could you guide me on this? I would like to connect to Jackpot SVS, which is on port 20000.
  23. I open up an SSH connection with a local tunnel port set to 8080. In Continuum, I "Enable Socks 5 Proxy Server" and enter in 127.0.0.1 as host and 8080 as port. I hit OK. I get an error: SOCKS error 4 (00000201) Check proxy configuration FYI, I am at college. Shell works, but Continuum doesn't. (All zones appear offline.) I startup Putty like this (some parameters omitted): "C:\Program Files\Putty\puttytray.exe" -P 22 -D 8080
