try saving as gif version 87, not gif version 89. If you want to know what version a gif is in, open it in a text / hex editor and look at the first 5 characters.

If thor level is being used, thor armor is indeed possible. However thors can not be made weaker then a level 4 prox bomb.

- Thor armor: Not possible, unless you mean 100% immunity from thors Gate Mining: Was a smaller issue back when the gates did not center you. I don't know why this has changed, but changing this back could offer a solution.

It's because of the new security features in vista. You are under a limited user account, therefor you do not have write access to program files/continuum. In vista, applications should store all their info in the Application Data folder under your user account folder. Vista uses virtual store for old pre-vista applications which do not use the above. Go bug priit or set file permissions

Here is a suggestion I would find very useful: Reusable pieces of your map, probably not the best example of a proper interface, but it shows what I mean. It would also be possible to place a LVZ image inside a piece. This would be very useful to place a lot of trees in a map for example. Such a tree would contain solid tiles and a LVZ image. Instead of going to the edit LVZ dialog, adding a new object id, placing it on the map, setting tiles under it. You just need 1 click per tree.
