This is gonna be the 1st year the parents have a house big enough, so doing X-mas eve and X-mas dinner at their place... if everyone can make it out there that is.

1. The game forum has been done 2 or 3x and each time it has died after only a month or so. 2. The last thread in General hadn't had a post for 6 days until you guys decided to go on a spamming spree and bring tons of old topics back, so really, those posts we're long dead before they went to the 2nd page. 3. Well, I think it is obvious from the screen shot, but your HD is erroring out. Does it work properly in the bios? Is there a HD test option in the Bios? If either of those are a yes, or both, check them out. Have the Bios do a HD test, and see what it says about it. If all is fine, then your vista install is shot, and I hope you we're smart enough to install your PC with 2 partitions, 1 for windows and 1 for programs/important data. If not, you might be screwed getting any of your stuff back. Might try finding a local PC store that specializes in PC data retrieval, and then if possible, re-install vista. If HD is shot, well, then your kind of at a loss there either way, and I'm sure you know what to do there. Note: these aren't definate answers, just answers from many past experiences working on pcs with this same sort of error.

Yeah, well the shitty thing is where I live we just went almost 10yrs without any real heavy snow, and then last year and this year we're getting our asses kicked. So all of our snow equipment we pretty much budgeted out in most areas except up in the passes and east of the cascades. Now we get to suffer I guess cause it is in the 20s, and the 6-7" most areas still have on the ground ain't going nowhere before the snow returns, and this time bringing 50-70mph winds w/ gusts to 90 with it. 18yrs ago yesterday was the last time we had a major snow storm like this, and they're predicting this one to be worse. So as long as I have power i'll probably be on here a lot working on stuff. So expect things to change a lot round here, mhmm.

Weee... Very few people made it into my shop, let alone the entire shipyard. I could barely get outta my driveway, so gave up and stayed home. But if too few make it in, and the many wanting to leave before it gets too shitty, I may just get paid and not charged leave anyways. Mhmm. Gonna work on the downloads script some maybe. Not sure yet, but on the 23rd my shop is having a Prime Rib dinner. MM mm. I hear it is the best Prime Rib you've ever tasted, so excited cause my g/f doesn't like steak much so I haven't had it in ages.

Never been to one, but I do hear some of these giant lan fests can be fun. What is better than having some 13yr old trash talk you, standing up and yelling "want to say that to my face you little bitch?" and actually getting to see them cower like the little kid they are. But yeah, I use to goto Lanwerx with friends and play CS:S before I bought it, good times. And being "too cool", really, I use to try and hide my PC Geekdom from my g/fs and friends (to the point they annoyingly wouldn't even let me touch their PC thinking I might break something), but realized who really gives a fuck. I've met a lot of really cool geeks who are more entertaining than a lot of the people I hung out with in HS. And to be honest, I probably would have had a lot more fun when I hung out with my cousin and his friends had I just gotten rid of my schoolish cliche ways. And back to the subject...

True, since you can just get married in a court room. Judge has paperwork signed, rings given, witnesses sign, and depending on the judge and where maybe a bit more, and it is all done. Have had quite a few friends and a cousin do this recently due to lack of money and such.
