Already have created a group like this with Ghost Ship supporting (though purpose isn't to "overthrow" ssc. Active SSC Council Members, ASSS/ASSS Module Developers, Various Bot/Program Developers, and a few Web Developers. Was quite a bit discussion, but has died off a bit since upgrade to new forum version. Hoping to reskin the place so the forum isn't so hidden.

Working on a test script that SHOULD fix all the media tags in the DB so we can re-open all the "youtube" topics. Then will also code one to fix all the spoiler2 tags back to the right tag. Should take some time, but will be done soon.

we've had it on for literally years. So I dunno wth you we're looking at. Well, was plain captcha since ~2004 when IPB added it finally, and last year they updated to reCaptcha. But I've seen no difference in bot activity.

Halo ODST: yeah, I think we're all waiting for this one. Halo Reach: They talked about this waaay back during some of the 1st reveal of ODST, and I kind of think it'll be cool. a lot of these aren't your father's bots. They're newer bots that people record the registration or posting actions, and the bot follows suit and goes off. So that is 50% of the issue. That and some the person does all the registration, then gives the bot the login info and sets it off.

If you ever registered/logged in with SVSZone or TWD/L, I would advise you to change your passwords. What firefox version? No other firefox users have reported this issue. Right now just tables to get the template thrown together so we can begin getting content together. Template can be easily changed later.

I tried to get Possum! to revive it a few years back, but haven't heard from her in ages. She was the one who showed me SS was still alive and Extreme Games back in a class we had together. I still have all the files, and honestly was one of the areas I planned to put under Entertainment. Not THE zoner, but the same idea.
