Plus doesn't subgame handle bandwidth per IP, so I doubt you could get too many mervbots to join before some start dropping from lag. Also I think VIP can see priv freq numbers.

Instead of appending -ACTIVE- and -DONE-, maybe active topics can be prepended by [REQUEST] and compeleted topics delete the [REQUEST] prefix? I just see no need for a prefix and suffix (makes it harder to quickly scan through the list of topics).

Doc Flabby runs PSS, but you don't need to have a public zone in order to make one. I make all my stuff in private on my own computer, doesn't matter if no one else can connect, they don't need to. I only release it to the public when it's ready.

What would be the game type of the zone?

I wouldn't worry about vista admin stuff, a lot of current games must be run as admin anyway (for the cheat detection to work).

I'm looking for a sound effect I can use when you talk to NPCs, some kind of unintelligible chatter. I was thinking maybe like when people talk on a phone in old cartoons/films and it sounds sped up and like gibberish. I think GTA1/2 might have some, does anyone have that installed? It would also be nice to get a few of these sounds so I can randomise which one gets played back for variation. I'm also looking for some kind of yoink sound effect as if you were picking up an item, but not like the ones in counter strike.
