Done correctly, bmp & png do end up about the same, but PNG is usually slightly smaller, and less annoying to manage regardless.

Use .bm2 and I kill you. If you're going to use a plain bitmap, leave the extension ".bmp", if you're going to use PNG, leave the extension ".png". I recommend PNG with indexed colors and the use of pngcrush for the best overall quality & size.

That's what the natural predators are for. Sure, humans were once natural predators and still are in many parts of the world, but in this age, in the Unitied States, there is no good reason to hunt deer or the like besides recreation or tradition. Hunting for recreation is bull!@#$%^&*; hunting for tradition I can abide in a few forms. Hunting (particularly by people such as yourself) is not the sole method of population control, either. Population control necessary because of reckless disregard for habitat equilibrium and the slaughtering of many animals because of disease are nowhere near equivalent. It doesn't matter how you download it, it matters where you place the files. I'm guessing you have some files like warbird.bm2, javelin.bm2, etc.? If so, make a backup of Continuum\graphics (so you can easily go back to defaults later if you wish), then copy the new .bm2 files into that directory (overwrite existing). (re)Enter a zone and you should see your ships (unless the zone has dirty settings which may take more interesting configurations to cir!@#$%^&*vent).
