So far all my picks are right, I just wish I was as good with march madness. I'm definately swinging more independant on this one. As of right this second, I'll vote Hillary over Obama. If he somehow takes the ticket and doesn't make it an Obama/Hillary ticket, I like Mccain enough to swap sides. I've ALWAYS liked Mccain, he just has those few issues I don't care for. I used to be heavily pro Obama until I realized how clueless he really is. (Not to mean he won't win nomination.) Predicting anything is kinda silly at this point, there's alot of time before the decisions are made and with that time, anyone can faulter. The democratic nominee won't be named until may or june, there's not enough delegate leeway for a straight drop out.

I know some guys that get mad nasty drunk for whatever physical and mental reasons. Definately not themselves. For certain types of people, alchohol really is a total loss in control, but for normal people no. That's the appeal of alchohol and why for the majority of folks, is totally accepted by society. When you get into LSD and DMT, those are losses in control for the most part. Things that not alter your perception, but drastically change it. --------- You can have a party without any booze and people will show if the party has focus. To the normal person, they aren't going to go to a function without focus. "Hey, come over my place and 10 of us will sit around and !@#$%^&*." Isn't focused enough for most people. "Hey, come over my place and have a few drinks." appeals more not because of the alchohol, but because there's something to do in between the boring moments that almost garauntees the trip is worth it.

I'm not a John Stewart fanboy, but are you suggesting he doesn't know what he's talking about? I think he does fairly well in regular debates. There's a reason that these kind of people are political satire infused and not generally comedians in other aspects. When have we ever seen Colbert or Stewart in a real comedy where they made the show/movie.

Need I say more really? Whether a political stunt or not, he's attempting to get his name on the South Carolina ballot under both parties. This would not be the first time in history a comedian has attempted this. Thoughts on the matter? Is the distraction worth it?

*boggle* A disease has no necessary physical connotation. What are you getting on about? Mental Addiction in any real harmful form is a disease. How can a need to bridge dependancy to a certain part of the brain be anything but. Look at acute OCD. The need to have repe!@#$%^&*ion and routine based on what you believe. The best part of the movie and what puts it leaps and bounds ahead of spiderman 3 is the lack of romance element. Where as Spiderman was a romance movie with some action and comedy in it, Transformers is crimarily an action comedy with romance as a very late standpoint. It's more of a survivors kinship alla the original SPEED.

Yes, I believe it's an addiction equal to some harder drugs. You can't simply put it off as "being someones fault and not being responsible." That's not a category when defining addiction. Do I think many people qualify for treatment because of it? No. An average gamer might play a video game everyday after work, but that doesn't cons!@#$%^&*ute as addiction. Not eating, frequent absense from school or work(on non patch days) and possible additional health issues would qualify you to be in the addiction category I'd think. IE, Terry losing 15 pounds in a week because he plays wow 17 hours a day without eating needs help. Not jimmy who plays 5 hours a day after he's done with work. Jimmy is just bored.

I admit I haven't been following it, but I know more about McCain than I do the rest. I'll be interested in seeing what Edwards tosses up into the fray, but I didn't like him much last go around. Defense is not a viable tactic. Not in the slightest. The game rewards people who can spend the most time playing it at odd hours. In the say-- 6 hour period of time you want to be away from the computer, bringing in cash while your defense keeps people out; some lucky son of a !@#$%^&* is going to hit someone for an amazing amount of cash through luck. Aileron did this to Varsity and even stated is was pure luck he did it. You've got a player on a wad of cash now and he KNOWS you're sitting on a wad. Why not dump all those new earned points into attack purely for the sake of taking your money? Not only does he get back what he just spent in weapons, he gets to take yet another leap forward to ensure he can do it again. Now that all your money is gone, you can't exactly pump defense anymore while he just got stronger. That's exactly how I rose to top rank, Aileron and Suicide both noticed it. There was no way they could keep up with sufficient defense to keep me out so long as I raised my attack each available time to hit them while they were away. Because I was on and my UP wasn't insane, people attacking me (they never could regardless because I would bank too quickly)never got more than some broken weapons.

Sorry you fell into the defense trap, but this game is not about defense in the slightest. When I was playing, I added it as an afterthought just to buy a few hours or force my opponent to up a particular area of thier army before I simply attacked, and doubles my attack potency.
