  1. I am pro, always have been. Studying it and implementing it in certain situations will open up doorways into other areas. I personally don't see a huge downside in my life time. I don't have solid factional reasons for the belief, so don't for ask any.
  2. Just as much conservative spin as there is liberal. Just not enough spinners on the forum for your team. *shrug* cheers
  3. The line threw me off. Can't believe editting didn't catch that. It's hard to make a judgement on the article without knowing what historical referance is supposedly protecting the area. Lincoln's piss tree and the grave of 20,000 soldiers are two completely different scenerio's. I did notice that the use of the Skinhead anecdote was basically irrelevant to the main point, but used to coax the reader into some favorable mindset. Basically, I believe it was an inefficient article full of 'filler' theory and suspicion without the most important main fact listed to the reader. --------- On a side note, if the historical significance turns out to be quite low, I do agree that the community is getting jipped of something that is 'basically' harmless.
  4. I am not too familiar with Europian Politics, could someone list the encounters that appeasement has solved. I could very well make my decision then.

  7. That may so be where I know her from. Odd I cannot remember, *shrug*
  8. Wasn't the blonda some type of comedian? She looks familiar. All it reminded me of was the Crossfire\John Stewart deal. Only, John defenately has more insight and room to speak than someone who is an obvios fool. Good watch though.
  9. Good stuffs
  10. I don't agree with the oil thing, but !@#$%^&* is that little quote funny.
  11. Closed mind? I gave you time to reply to me with persuasions. It is just easier for me to shoot down your misconceptions about logic and human nature than to explain it in full.
  12. What your teacher told you in 2nd grade is wrong People do not make wrong decisions willingly. Convince me otherwise.
  13. Wow, too much garbage being flung around. My outlook is simple. -Voting- 5% Religion 10% Misc. 20% Education 30% Location 30% Wealth Some coincide with others, but those are the natural splits I see. Bush is not hitler, though I sometimes wonder if being blind to certain needs of a people is villainy in itself. Intelligence is measured by the amount of motivation someone has. Being smart yet unwilling to use the intellect is in essence being stupid. I have lived as a stupid person for the majority of my life. Books and scores mean little, as none will ever allow you to view decisions made in haste; which are the ones that change lives and society more than all else. No such thing as "Right" and "Wrong". People do things because it will satisfy a need with-in themselves. Happiness is the main need. Doing Heroin isn't wrong; It gives you instant gratification and overwhelming happiness to have it. There are undesirable side effects, but obviously the happiness is superior in the cycle. Wrong things happen as accidents. No one chooses to do a wrong thing, they happen by mistake. Hitting a child on the street by accident when driving is wrong. Believing such, it is easy to understand that the war in iraq, (Though to myself, I would have never done it the way it had happened) is not wrong, only someone elses choice. The majorities choice in this case. To say either side is stupid is of little matter. 6 stupid people will always have sway over 4 intelligent. My $3.56
  14. Great site, I am a mix between Tireless Rebutter and Weenie with a splash of Therapist when I don't actually engage with the topic itself.
  15. My statement was in no way, shape or form meant to imply that was the only reason we were in debt :-p
  16. TK'ING IS LEGAL IN T3G EASY
  17. We are in debt because of those loans. We have had to borrow from the chinese of late
  18. There is a large misconception in the states about taxes. Anyone I personally talk to always mentions that the rich aren't taxed enough. Please. They are taxed so highly that I have voted in favor of decreases on numerous occasions.
  19. I was under the impression the first gas powered automobile created (not manufactured) was out of germany.
  20. I could sit like that if my legs bent that way. I am thin, but have 0 flexibility
  21. Heh, anyone been watching republicans against Arlon Specter(sp) because he is pro choice instead of life. Not to call republicans morons, but the specific ones against him for that reason hold true to the adjective.
  22. Can't we just trade Alaska for say.. Another lower part of canada. Being split up makes me feel uneasy
  23. A big part with Ail leaving also has to do with material. Other than elections, politics can be boring for the most part.
  24. Heh Worthless, you are hardly on a higher level of acceptance than any of the liberals in here. Had things not gone your way, a conservative slanted magazine would have the same -*BAD WORD*-le and you would whole heartedly agree with it. I don't see the shared reason with your superpower analogy.
  25. I don't agree with your conclusion about what people felt Dav. But I am too lazy to actually write my opinion
