I have a few complaints here and there about spiking while I'm playing and I finally decided to take a look for myself. I always have some sort of ridiculous high, like 2000ms. Only happens in Metal Gear. Nope, only beat it on the first two difficulties. My friend uses the Felin-2C too.. we did a swap weapon once and I didn't like it. Seemed like the ammo ran out sorta fast.

I've ran Vista without Windows Aero on 512MB of RAM. 1GB is plenty to run Home Premium, I just don't know about Ultimate because I've never used it. Just get 1gb and upgrade if you ever need it.

It doesn't work exactly like that, Sama. I'm not sure how it works. It specs me all the time for the same thing and I don't even use wireless.

He told me in game he was lagging and had a trace and it was either email or SSF, so SSF is easier. As for the problem... He keeps getting specced in HZ with ping fluctuation of 26 over the limit of 25, but that happens a lot. It doesn't appear to be anything he can fix.
