Could be a conflicting IRQ issue. C:\Windows\minidump Windows makes a file when when there is a system error. You can download the Microsoft Debugging Tools for Windows and debug the file yourself to see exactly what the error was. Or, you can go to the Event Viewer and see if you can find it under the System or Application tab. Sort the category by source and look for EventSystem and find the one that happened when you got a BSOD. OR, do it the ghetto way. Take out a digital camera or a cell phone and take a picture of the BSOD message and tell us what it says.
Um, yeah, what Sama said. You might be able to make someone lag on a crap connection by gathering a bunch of people and ping attacking them. But yeah, unless he hacked you, you're just spiking.
