Speculation about your ideas: You would probly want 2-3 people ships. Couple cars, and maybe someting else. Permanent money in a bank, subway and permanent upgrades like HS are all good ies. Id say no to pawn shops and food, too much rpg stuff will kill gameplay. gas might be good. Robbing stores shouldnt be an option always available, else it will be abused. Say every 30 mins a bot/or ASSS message goes to several players saying "___ store security is on a break, you have a chance to rob them!" One ship could be a police car, and could be available to all players, just make it so when u use it your auto on police freq. Then anyone can chase robbers. Or an arena message could go out saying "A bounty is on ___'s head by the police, get him for them and you get ___ cash." A freq for all bots and staff seems bad. Jobs/volunteer work is lame but i suggest having lil ppl scattered aroudn the map or in houses that give you missions like, go get my drugs from somewhere, go kill a certain player, etc. Probly each player could only do these once each. Cept for assassination kinda missions. Capture the stash sounds ilke ctf basically. You could also have turf flags, or be able to spawn at turf locations like ds/the complex. Powerball is also an option, etc.
