The local ban thing has to do with someone spamming from a specific zone. It refers to a different issue where a player would spam in a zone, get banned and then continue to har!@#$%^&* staff and avoid ?ignore. This is a different type of cross zone spam. If someone cross zone spams from a different zone how are you going to ban them locally? Do not take things so litteral. Har!@#$%^&*ment of zone staff was an issue. Cross zone spamming happened and there is no specific about where it can happen. These people switched names to avoid ?ignore. Everyone was warned. Maurauth I really would appreciate it if you do not get involved in something that you know nothing about.
