Also consider the implications of the bill to buisness and the loopholes as well as the lengths spammers have already gone to avoid detection. Litigation is unlikely to stop spam. Aren't most lowend servers running on a PC based system? The issue isn't really with the amount of processing power or memory the server has (almost all computers can handle the load these days), rather the internet connection. So I think your question is more "can I run a small zone off a home internet connection?" It should be fine if your zone is small and if you have a static ip or you use a special DNS server like http://www.no-ip.com/ providing you have a broadband connection. You'll need to keep your computer running 24/7 but if its stable and its got ok cooling that shouldn't be a problem. Ideally if you parents have a dedicated high speed "work" connection you should ask if you can borrow it. You can just about get away with hosting on a 56k dialup as long as there are less than 5 people in the zone and so long as the gameplay isn't too frantic. So if you've got an old Pentium II kicking around and a decent connection, go for it! Does that answer your question?

Should cost $5-$10. 2) Be patient when downloading 3) Get broadband 4) Use burnadisc or similar service 5) Learn to make your own models (requires talent and usually the use of expensive or illegal software). 6) Learn how to look for models. Considering the number of Star Wars fans out there, it shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to get some 3D models. Of course you'll still need a renderer. There are lots of freeware raytracers out there.

The makers of the do-*BAD WORD*-entary claim "new evidence" and from the trailers it appears they have used simulations extensively. Perhaps they've found a way to eliminate all other explainations leaving only 1 plausible one. OR they know how the assassination was carried out now but not by whom. I think we can easily implicate several people already who are involved in the conspiracy. Finding hard evidence is probably going to be this side of impossible though.
