You don't know hyperspace staff order if you think picano can change public settings. I can't do a darn thing if picano does something I don't like in starfox, and he can't do anything about the public settings, whether he would want to or not. If you complain to me that "terrier sux" yes, you get ignored. If you say "terrier's thrust isn't good enough to let it dodge the warbird's level 3 repel mines", then yes, I will think about it. If you post with 3 words in your post that do not relate to the start of the topic, then yes, expect to get deleted. "thats no excuse. even i wouldn't do that." I thought we were talking about the majority of the players here. Do you have ANY FREAKING CLUE how many idiot players ask me for money? No, of course not. As any staff member will testify, it's insane. Players don't know what they want. I've known this fact since very early in my sysop career. Since then, I have done only what I thought was a good idea, and nothing else. Hyperspace is a collection of my ideas. It wouldn't be Hyperspace any other way.

I deleted every meaningless post. Unlike trash talk, you don't flame or spam here and get away with it. As to being a dictator, yes, I am. I have always done what I felt was best for the zone. If I did what everyone wanted, everyone would start with $100,000,000 and fully upgraded ships. I've never listened to the majority, and I'm not about to start. That said, that does NOT mean I don't listen. If you have a complaint, it does get heard and evaluated. That's why I started the 2nd thread and closed the first. About picano, he knows where he stands. Don't drag him into this.

Um, that's exactly what we do. However, that hides the board from people who don't have access.

It's considerably easier to manage with it hidden. Besides, back when it was only locked, we had a couple of break-ins.

That was not the problem. It was unrelated to the Continuum version. It's fixed now though.

Ok, thanks for the helpful post, Kilo. You can expect that stuff to be addressed in the next tweak. I expect that the next tweak will be tomorow.

Ok, I put the first ship tweak in this afternoon. I will probably have time late tonight to put in a second. I'm asking people to post things that they feel are still unbalanced. Do not reply asking for the old settings. It's a waste of everyones time (including yours). If you do, your post will be removed by myself or by a mod.

Ok, here's the scoop: I came down sick this afternoon. It came on so suddenly that I think it must have been food related. I'm feeling much better now, but the recovery nap took up all of my free time. I stopped in just long enough to fix the global bugs, such as transwarp, goal rewards, and the other stuff that was fixed. I won't have time until tomorow evening to get you guys the next tweak, but rest happy knowing that it is coming, and soon.

I agree basicly with you, Aileron. But there is no way that a 757 caused the 16 foot hole in the Pentagon. That being said, for some reason the Pentagon would rather have people believe that it was just another airliner rather than the bunker busting missle that it was. They probably have a very good reason for it. September 11th happened. And even if it hadn't, all of the reasons that sent us overseas would still hold true, 9/11 or no. 50%, never under estimate the enemy. Unless the koran has a Hijacking for Dummies section in it, they aren't as technicly backwater as you might believe.

The question isn't whether a plane or a missle hit the Pentagon, but rather, does it change anything? I've seen much much more convincing stuff than what was shown here, and I do believe that it was a missile, but that doesn't really change my opinion on anything.

Commands aren't disabled when you get silenced anyway, so it probably was a lag coma.
