Run Continuum with Right-Click / Run As... then you can reproduce the error.

That is not the solution to the problem at all, it even might increase the problem. At least make sure you have administrator privilidges, try removing the read-only attribute. Also, make sure you don't run the game with "Run As..." option. (Gives this same problem) Other solutions might be scandisking the HD for corrupt sections.

The error about not able to create the file is because you are running Continuum "Run As..." Try to get the game to run without that first.
