Got the numbers from the HS website. I would imagine some of those items might possibly be niche, such as Oracle and possibly even Semiwarp. Nadion/Polaric have been out for a while, I'm sure plenty of people are aware of it. And what about the other items?

Did a ?find player killer - Last online 3 hours ago - At the time event was supposed to start - The hours continued to increase. Why bother lying?

For a lot of items that is true, but for some it isnt. There was a time when the vast majority thought that Flash Drive sucked in comparison to Omega Drive and no one used it. Items that are more niche items are naturally not going to be used as much, such as Tunnel Runner. The items that have pros/cons though, I do believe should have a second look at if there are very few users. Items that should be looked at: Oracle - More of a niche item, but at the same time, the next emitter item has usage of nearly 6x as much. Unimatrix - Less than 30 users (Solid) and at the same time is available to ALL ships. Chaos Field - The field itself needs a buff while at the same time Coffin Maker requires a nerf. Nadion/Polaric/Quad - All three need to have a look at, each have less than 45 users. Nadion/Polaric most likely is because the negatives outweigh the benefits, and Quad simply because the benefits dont exceed the sig intrinsic value. This would also apply to Unimatrix/Oracle, more so Oracle. Semiwarp/Avi/Impulse - All have less than 25 users.

Doesnt help when the person hosting it doesnt show up until 24 hrs after the time it was supposed to start. That might of had something to do with it.

Unimatrix - Parasite On that note about lowering recharge/energy - Would it be possible to have weapons that lower energy/recharge, but in return give back a better weapon of some sort? Whether it be efficiency or level upgrade, etc.
