  1. Actually, antialiasing is not a very good idea since it creates shaded edges which Continuum cannot draw with proper transparency. So with anti-aliased ship rotators, edges might look crappy. Depends on the ship though, I guess. Some might look great.
  2. Yeah. He seemed mentally unstable to me.

    Subspace v2

Right now, the most required thing is C# coders. We don't have that many. Any ideas should go in the ideas topic here. Nothing else is really needed at this stage but I'll keep you in mind for when the time comes
  4. Not bad at all
  5. Do you have a firewall? Has Continuum worked there before?
  6. You mean you want to convert that image into a ship? Well you'll have to draw the ship manually then. There is no software that could automatically do this. Unless you mean that you have a 3d model. In that case, just render it facing straight up from the top and then you can use a ship rotator program to automatically generate rotations for it.
  7. Ah, I believe that is indeed some very very old program that did not work well at all. The best way to make ships is with a professional graphics program like Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. You'd have much better luck with these.
  8. Please clarify the problem. What program are you talking about and what error do you get?
  9. You can find ship editors from www.ssdownloads.com and they should all work just fine. Now, do you have a problem that needs technical support?
  10. Again, don't worry about difficulty of implementation or resource usage. Anything can be done if needed Cool ideas, keep them coming
  11. Please explain your problem clearly.
  12. Could you describte exactly what happens? Also, this might help: turn on caps lock and scroll lock when starting Continuum. Try to enter a zone and then exit. After that, zip the ssdebug.log file in the Continuum directory and post it here.
  13. Try uninstalling and then deleting the C:\Program Files\Continuum directory. After that, install the game again.
  14. Download the shipset and unpack it into the C:\Program Files\Continuum\Graphics directory.
  15. What the... so far from the topic I can almost see it next to China. Or maybe just so pointless I can't understand the topic... Closed.
  16. O.........k.....
  17. If it's a good idea, it is allowed to be hard to make
  18. If you can find a FREE program like that... sure. And if it was updated like every day or so (because it would be hacked in under a week normally...). But I doubt such things exist. Would prevent stupid cheaters though.
  19. Directory not biller
  20. !@#$%^&*, I like those ideas, protoman
  21. You might want to spam some zones with that message. At most, 10 people will read this here
  22. And it will just fix itself. Don't worry, it sometimes happens.
  23. You do not need an IP address. Make sure the last part of your server.ini (the directory part) has the correct port (4991) and addresses. Also, if that does not fix it, what is the name of your zone?
  24. What is the default font's name in C?
  25. Well, yeah, that game looks full-of-junk, no wonder it has 12 players But still, some elements could be useful, so it's good to have it known
