No one can authorize this as no one in this community owns this game. If Priitk were here he would say exactly the same !@#$%^&* thing. You can't hack a client, rename it and then claim you own the entire game. It is a good fantasy that Hoch appearently bought into but that is all it is, a fantasy. Doing anything to devalue the holding companies property would be stupid as it would give them an incentive to have our servers shutdown. Right now we aren't devaluing their property, if we start proclaiming ownership and undertaken actions as the appearent owner of the property that will change and it is a gamble to say that the holding company will ignore it. Also "polix" can authorize it? Wtf, all polix does is run a forum. Not that it isn't hard work... dealing with you !@#$%^&* hats on a daily basis.

Actually halo was shutdown for afew hours for using other zones graphics without permission when it was hosted on SSCC. So if YOU "only knew the behind the scenes actions". It is just funny listening to a network banned nobody blow hot air.

[EDIT: Removed entire quote of Hoch's post -Maverick] The only problem Hoch is you are wrong from the start due to one simple fact. Continuum is a program that acts as a client allowing people to play the game Subspace. Priitk MIGHT and I mean MIGHT be able to argue that he owns Continuum (my personal belief is that most of Continuum is a hacked version of Subspace which means he doesn't own it, you can't hack a prior work and make minor changes and claim it as your own) but regardless of that, it doesn't matter. The game we play is Subspace, the client we use doesn't matter. Almost every zone is using server software called subgame, server software written by VIE and owned by whatever holding company now has ownership of Subspace. Not to mention all of the graphics, sounds, etc. Just because we "act" like we own this game doesn't make it true and the biggest mistake anyone in this community could make us to try to "act" like they own Subspace outside of this community. It isn't a good idea to take any action that could possibly devalue the property being held by a holding company. Especially on the flawed arguement that since Priitk hacked the Subspace client to make a knock off he has somehow made the game his. How could you say that with a straight face Hoch... I mean seriously.

You can also run a somewhat stable version of ASSS on a linux server which is more then can be said for the Windows version.

I would call it a blatent attempt to use Hyperspace's playerbase to boost the popularity of a crappy zone. Tomato, Tomatoe...

Obviously not as re!@#$%^&*ed as you since your onsides with the evil people ss. so the 'good' people take down zones for no reason and tell everyone all other servers and forums are evil and should be avoided? How very kind, ill line myself up to get screwed over right away. This is just what im getting at, because others have done some pretty !@#$%^&*ty stuff in this game doesn't make it right for these guys to act the way they are. if the were the 'good' guys they would lay aside any differences and say "right what can we do to work together for the good of SS?" This is more proof that horny teenagers on a power trip, when given the opprotunity, will act in a manner that is stupid and selfish. I seriously think we need an age restriction on this game, say 30 years old...

India's current economy is small and growing very slowly in comparison to China. People focus on the outsourced jobs that have gone to India but they don't bother checking on the corresponding increase in per capita GDP in India. Let me give you a hint, it is very, very small. The great majority of India continues to live in extreme poverity with little to no education. India will never be on top and it will be quite a long time indeed before it becomes a fully industrialized nation.

Heaven forbide anyone who can do anything actually step up and correct a problem. I got a PS3 and Wii on launch day but I don't get to play either until I get back to the states... *cry* Anyways, I think the Wii will be the best. From what I have played on it already the Wii is great and I have had less then pleasent things about the current quality of the PS3 system itself (and launch !@#$%^&*les).
