I don't mind if you post a problem you have, or mention one, but it seems since delics first post about staff ( the one I closed) dkr has done nothing but complain about the whole staff. Now delic complains, but he does something about it. He get's into debates, created flagwar, does his part to make his opinion known constructively (and I wont lie, sometimes destructivly) And he does something about what he wants changed. But from a quote by you (above) you say you have no new ideas or agreements to be made. Well then what's the point in complaining if you don't have a suggestion on how to make it better? It's like complaining that bush is president of US, and not have even voted in the election (us example). I understand complaints, as everyone will have them, but don't just complain, because it gets old, and does nothing to help anyone. Post a solution to your complaint. And even if you post what you see as a solution, you might actually have to work for that solution, it won't just *poof* and be all done. Ideas are good. Initiavite, with ideas, is great. No ideas, no initiative, not good. And it's a lie if you say you don't have any ideas, because every single player out there, weither he admits it or not, would like to see some little thing adjusted, give his spid one more burst, or how bout a lil more energy in his weasel. It's not a matter of having ideas, it's a matter of expressing them. Delic has them, and ohh boy he lets us know he has em. As do some other players, but I think the majority of the players are happy/content with life as is, at least content enough not to post their ideas about what needs done. Summary: If you're unhappy, or not content with the zone, post ideas, not complaints, or if you post complaints, post ideas. Make it Constructive. Post problems AND solutions. Eat grapes much <3

Actually we currently do not have the map from 5 years ago, the closest thing we have is from in the about 4 year range, and that one is in ?go original. and hey, I like the fact that toard had a bash the sets post with out bashing the sets lol <3 toarn

Honestly if it happens a few times, we don't really worry about it, in case you like to use more than one ship, normally it becomes a bother once something comes to our attention, because that means you're doing it more than once or twice, and that our attention, and the players attention is grabbed. And as always, if we catch you doint it, we'll warn ya first, so chances are ya prolly won't get banned for it, unless you're a real thick guy, which you don't appear to be.

Smurf pretty much sums it up. And about the esc thing, if you do it once, we really won't do much, maybe a warn, but if you continually do it, you will either sit in spec until your "connection" gets better, move your cat away, or yes, you will get a minor ban.

Sigh everyone -*BAD WORD*-es saying "upper staff has no skill", I was 3rd in dueling league a few years ago when I took jav serious, I was the best terr in msbl, I have fun in pub, and have been with this zone longer than a lot of ya. Some of you may think I suck, but I guarantee that I know the feel of EVERY ship in this zone much better than most people. I do not say everyone, as there will always be someone a little better, maybe not, but I'm not saying I'm #1 here. What makes me suck, the fact that I haven't played a serious match in a jav in about a year?

See the problem that commonly occurs with trying to watch the staff, is your mod/er is not going to break protocol(normally) with an upper staffer present. That is also why a good majority of the upper staff may not be "away" when you think they are. But I do agree with hece, the second something starts to seem like mod abust, log it, then send it. It's tough for us to do something about a he said, she said situation. Because even if we are watching, we can't watch pm's. The age thing, well I'm not completely sure about. Well it just so happens that everyone who is now in upper staff is over the age of 18. But I do believe I started staffing here when I was 14. I have never had any complaints against my at!@#$%^&*ude, or saying I didnt do my job. But I do agree that certain things need to be done in restriction to who we hire. But hey, who would have guessed that Cencil, would be working out so well in staff, and would also be a mod? And another thing, it would take a few months, but I want to bring back modscore so we can tell who is hosting, and monitor that.

Ok well you mention something that "imiportant" people wouldn't want heard, well you talk about it like all of the upper staff would have a say. There are only 4 moderators on this forum, so only 4 of us could have done it, or it could have been a forum error. There are more than 4 important people, in this zone, just please stop using such a big blanket when only 4 possible people, or even an error could have done it.
