It is not Cerium's job to ban cheaters. As for this, I have no clue and if you don't have any proof it simply won't stick. Simply because you could be overexaggerating his ability to cloak+stealth as well as use safe portals. If you're saying it's bad for a dev member to enforce the rules, ESPECIALLY when someone is using a cheat engine and no other staff are around, that's kind of silly isn't it?
