  10. This topic is more an argument than a constructive discussion, ppl are saying "change bricks" but they do not say how. Most of these posts are useless, the Zone Development forum is supposed to be about constructive feedback on the zone. Instead I see a poll style idea where people think if they get enough people to say "I DON'T LIKE THE SYSTEM CHANGE IT!" with no additional feedback that things will actually change for the better...

  16. You want this zone to improve or not? You want lots of $? Then get involved and do something for the zone. It's not what you can do for the zone, it's what the zone can do for you.
  17. Welcome to HS. This zone is about fun, not about winning. Besides, staff increased JP by 100K afterwards so there was nothing wrong with what they did. The teams were stacked horribly, it was obvious something had to be done, you might have been having fun on your 30 person freq but 20 other people were not.
  18. Participants: Aquarius, BlueWyvern, got bounty? Experiment #1: Warbird and Javelin Warbird (Armed with HE Missile) shoots from a stationary position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Warbird inflicts ~700 damage three times under the same conditions. Experiment #2: Warbird and Javelin Warbird (Armed with HE Missile) shoots from a moving position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Warbird inflicts ~700 damage two times at different speeds. Result: Non-shrap bomb damage will do ~700 damage. The relative speed of a bomb to its target will not increase its damage yield. Experiment #3: Javelin and Javelin Javelin (Armed with blue-shrapnel Falcon Missile) shoots from a stationary position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Javelin inflicts ~950 damage three times under the same conditions. Experiment #4: Javelin and Javelin Javelin (Armed with blue-shrapnel Falcon Missile) shoots from a moving position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Javelin inflicts ~950 damage four times at different speeds. Result: Blue-Shrapnel damage will do ~950 damage. The relative speed of a bomb to its target will not increase its damage yield. Experiment #5: Javelin and Lancaster Lancaster (Armed with yellow-shrapnel Falcon Missile) shoots from a stationary position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Lancaster inflicts ~730 damage three times under the same conditions. Experiment #4: Javelin and Lancaster Lancaster (Armed with yellow-shrapnel Falcon Missile) shoots from a moving position at a Javelin in a stationary position. Lancaster inflicts ~740 damage two times at the same speed (approximately). Experiment #4: Javelin and Lancaster Lancaster (Armed with yellow-shrapnel Falcon Missile) shoots from a moving position at a Javelin in a stationary position at a 45 degree angle. Lancaster inflicts ~750 and ~850 damage at different speeds. Result: Yellow-Shrapnel damage will do variable damage damage depending on angle, this is expected with all shrapnel and the inactshrap present dependant on angle. The relative speed of a bomb to its target will not increase its damage yield. Final Result: Inactshrap will definitely cause a noticable increase to bomb damage. If the effects are variable I have yet to witness a shrapnel bomb that will NOT increase the yield of a bomb. Angle is a factor but speed appears not to be in how much sharpnel becomes inactshrap.

I'm in no way arguing with the swearing rule I am just pointing this fact out. >_> If you don't like the swearing rule, cuss in some other way... like another language so that kids don't understand!

  23. Warbird: Pulse laser - Weapon doesn't matter in this case He missile - HE is terrible for both basing and centering compared to falcon, you'd only use it to wallbomb and not with a warbird. Compression core - Good all around Retro rockets - Iffy choice, Retros means alot of chasing... Runners are everywhere this item is overused. Extra speed Extra thrust Extra thrust Maneuvering fins - All around ok... watch out for bombs. Energy scanner - Xradar is more important Siege pack - I didn't know we got four utility slots naturally. And I still don't think we do.
