Technically it's the same problem. When you got this error: "Fatal error 000004bc", it means that you couldn't start continuum because it was already previously started. So if Continuum is already still running, then technically you can't delete it. Have you tried restarting your computer? Usually that works.

I'd go with firewalls, make sure none of them are preventing Continuum from working. For example, if you have ZoneAlarm, make sure it allows continuum to run, if not change its permissions from blocked to allow. Either that, or it has something to do with your connection. Can you play other games? Can you still surf the net and all? (you didn't mention it, but I'm !@#$%^&*uming yes). Also, try removing all zones from you download zones' list (that is, make them ungreen), then press ok. Then go back into zone downloads and select any random zones that you want, select their names so they appear in green again, and press ok again. Does this happen for all servers? (Such as SSCU, PSS, SSCI, CSSS, etc.). When you say all zones are green, but when you try to enter they become red, were you getting pings from them before? (Such as to the left of EG, it'll say "ping 140")? Are you running Continuum normally, i.e. not through "run as", or not modifying its compatibility mode?

lol, investing SubSpace in the Chinese market is only bound to fail. Continuum barely supports European languages, I doubt it could get anywhere close to popular in China without language support.

I used to play with a friend back in 97-98, under the username fat ship ... or big ship or something like that. Then stopped for a while (and moved away), played back again in 2003, when SubSpace was at its peak. Stopped for a year and came back in late 2004/2005, and eventually stuck with my current username. My first zone was TW, mainly because it always had the most players.

Well, you don't have to set width to 100%, you can add margins and all that jazz, so that it looks relatively the same in most resolutions. Edit: You can always use a mix of fixed properties and fluid ones.

Oops, forgot to comment earlier Fixed width is only good if you have a heavy design website, and don't want it to morph all weirldly in other resolutions. But in higher resolutions usually, most websites with fixed widths are coded terribly; sometimes the width is even too small for an 800x600 reso, other times its way out off proportion and you get miles of left to right scrolling, even in high resos. Fluid is best alternative, as it can work well in low resolutions as well as high resolution screens. But it all comes down to how the design is set up, and how badly you coded it. Always make sure it's cross-browser compatible, and always check for mistakes

Well, I don't plan to repair at all if it's easier to buy more thors and shields and whatnots. But it's just a suggestion for the next reset whenever and if ever it happens.

lol. People have no lives, and I wish that other topic wasn't put in the trash forum, it was entertaining. Because of the cheating, and because I basically stressed out trying to keep up with Eastern Time'rs, I gave up. I also think people are stupid putting the blame on Aileron, just because he's mod and managed to play fair and get many more soldiers than most people in the beginning. Despite that, I was always ahead of him. And I'm surprised no one questioned how (whoever it was, I forget now) the person in first place had a thor and a shield-super the minute the game started. But maybe I'm the only one who had weasels at that time to notice (that plus sentries, which placed me 2nd place at the start). While this has no apperent relevance to what I've just said, I think repair should cost a lot less than buying new weapons. A thor is just 490k, and to repair let's say 2 thors after maybe 5 attacks = over 1 million (I'm just guessing, but it's overly expensive.). I'd rather have repair cheaper and buy pricier (or however that's spelled).

I don't really see why people are obsessed over Priitk. No matter what excuse there is, I can !@#$%^&*ure you (if not bet on it) that he won't come back to help SS/Cont. anymore. It's the blunt truth, there won't be another client release or any fixes.

Transfer is cheap and shouldn't be there. It gives an unfair advantage to some players, and can lead to cheating by others.
