No one comments because no one can develop it, so it's basically a lost cause...

severe graphics problem with new video card
Hakaku replied to Wormhole-Surfer's topic in Technical Support
Your graphics are overlapping, which means: (menu) View -> Advanced Options... -> software emulation (check this) -
http://img297.imageshack.us/img297/5966/desktopga2.th.png I like to be simplistic and draw my own background.

Well, I think his profile answers all your suspicions What doesn't make sense is why he'd post in a Canada Day topic, let alone relate to Independance Day, and be from 'Denderleeuw ' (Beligium).

Well, thanks for the welcome backs And yes, I'm going to use my leet Japanese skills for evil... first, I'll take over Devastation, then the internet, then the world! ... Ok, got carried away just a bit. But I could "take over" Devastation's league (or rather just a fancy dueling tourny) for the summer, that's if anyone else is up for having one

No sense buying one, I recommend Eusing free registry cleaner. I use version 1.25, and have never had a problem with it. It may also be possible to fix it through the regedit (start->run->regedit), but I'm not too familiar with it. But yeah, maybe a reformatting will be your only solution.

Screenshot please. Using software emulation will prevent your graphics from overlapping each other, and it fixes screenshot problems. Try playing around with the other advanced options and resolution. Also try playing around with the color depth (in options). Changing compatibility mode will most likely result in Fatal error 000000d4, but since Windows Vista is still relatively new and untested, you can still try.

I'm starting to think the problem you have may be similar to Fatal error 0000012b, which is caused by a messed up registry: Either that, or it's a conflict with your administration permissions.

And to think, just a while ago you two seemed to be more or less on the same apge. Anyway, just arguing over what DBZ zone should or shouldn't look/be/feel like, or arguing over 'what's the best way to kill the zone'... do something about the zone. The Apache, though you might have a lot of good points, the fact is, you're no longer owner, so you can't force any changes down someone else's throat. Just sit back, grab some popcorn, and laugh at what you see as a pathetic attempt to revive DBZ zone. LC, if you don't want to argue, don't be a hypocrit. Go with the flow and accept criticism and work through that. DBZ still has a ways to go, but if you keep at it, then it's possible.

Either way, I find http://www.mervbot.com/ more logical. At one point I was trying to figure out what happened to http://catid.sscontinuum.com , couldn't find anything about it off the forums until either google or I had seen it in someone's signature...

lol !@#$%^&* you, Québec have his own day... the Saint-Jean-Baptiste was last week! noob cake So we dont need to be a country to have our day!! The only thing i like about canada day is that it give me one more day off to move in my new appartement lol C'était du sarcasme tu sais Ben, à moitié... Mais, pas tous les québécois portent la même vue.
-
Well, nothing quite special, just a Happy Canada Day to all the Canadians out there... including you Sama (le Québec n'est pas encore son propre pays en tout cas) As for me, nothing special this year, gonna spend the day with family & cousins and stuff, swimming all day, and then head over to the parliament and watch the fireworks. So: Happy Canada Day

There were no food-related games, so no bread eating contest. But there was something called (おおだまおくり) Oodamaokuri, which does involve a giant ball. The game basically consists of having members of your team form a huge line, 4 people take the ball and p!@#$%^&* it to the line of people which send the ball all the way to the back and back to the front. The 4 people make sure the ball doesn't bounce away, and at the end they put the ball back in its original spot. Fastest of the 3 competing teams wins. (I forgot who won this one though, but I was in it. Half the other people participated in what's called a "raft race" イカだ/ikada, which was done at the same time.) Some other events (not all) were: つなひき - tsunahiki (tug-of-war) ぼうひき - bouhiki (similar to tug-of-war, but with two teams racing to steal sticks and fighting over them) きばせん - kibasen (no equivalent in English, but it consists of several groups of 4 people, 1 on top, 3 holding, and fight other groups of the opposite team. Normally they're just suppose to remove these funky hats they wear, but my school made it outright "knock your opponent to the ground" - so it got pretty rough) むかできょうそう - mukadekyousou (centipede race, up to 9 people are linked to the feet by a rope, and have to race together) 長縄 - naganawa (long jumping rope compe!@#$%^&*ion) relay race たまいれ - tamaire (this event teachers did, it consists of throwing little balls in a basket) 応援団 - ouendan (literally "chearleading", but better translated as 'team chear-dance', as mentioned in my first post)

Because it's ASSS, then you could incorporate ?buy freq# and have the price outrageously high so no one can afford it. Like that, no one can complain that you can't have private freqs, but no one would be able to buy it with their credits mwahaha But on a more serious note, I vote for incorporating private freqs as long as you have to buy them with credits. And a way to prevent tm_master's situation, would be to either: 1) have a set allowed time on a private frequency before bot kicks you off 2) after a certain jackpot number, all private frequencies get kicked 3) limit private frequency's player(s) to the center, and if they p!@#$%^&* that, get kicked. So yes... my solution would be to be evil and kick everyone out of private freqs (or go with what XDOOM said) -
I tried the TCP/IP game, but had to host it since there's never anyone on it. But the alpha's got so many bugs in it, it's not really worth it. I can't switch ship, shooting is an impossible task, and flying stalls (as in the ship hits the breaks) every so often... oh, and I can fly through walls... But I know it's just an alpha, so I didn't care to comment.

I second that thought

Well, I've used American Airlines, Air Canada, and Eva Airlines, and none of them have given me problems. Though admitedly Air Canada sucks with service (I forgot why), but Eva Airlines has sexy flight attendants. But that sucks about United :/

I don't see a flag, but the safe isn't such a good idea... especially when it has no borders (so ppl could cheat during elim and stay in safe)

I used to like PhpBB a lot a long time ago, vBulletin was never all that great. Then I came to like IPB, more secure and better overall interface. So I'd prefer sticking with what I'm used to, unless you can convince me with a better skin than this one. But my only con about this forum, is everytime I google something, and re-access the forum through google, I'm always stuck in linear mode. I hate linear so much, and changing back to standard mode is so unobvious (because can't be changed through "my account" settings) that I had to google it for 10 minutes to figure it out.

You still failed to give us your computer specifics/details. Are you running Windows XP or Vista? What are some other specific information you can give us? Error 000002b is caused when Continuum is either: 1. Installed incorrectly (solution: delete all Continuum related files, and install from a different source & installer) 2. Continuum lacks administrator access (most likely cause) 3. A virus is preventing Continuum from running properly

Well, I wouldn't add it yet, as I had remade it ASSS-only (due to the ASSS-only commands list). So if you want me to re-edit another version without them, just say so
